The cheese burgers were delicious but the onion rings were terrible the hole order we got were mostly the skins and they were uneatable. LoL I chewed and chewed and had to take it out my mouth after about the fourth one I put mine in the trash

I guess they don't train their kids like every other employee. I have always supported this business as it is in my neighborhood and had always been my family's favorite. Everyone has always been friendly including the owners themselves, however today I pull into the drive through and was greeted by one of the owners daughter (who has personal differences with some of my family members) "you're really f*ing lucky my moms not here today, you have some real nerve coming here". I asked if she would like me to leave and she replied yes. Like I've said I've always been a customer, but I won't spend another dime. I really wish this didn't have to happen. Always been civil and cordial and always willing to give my money to this family even through those differences.

I’ve been a customer since somewhere around 2005 my cousin and I would walk down the hill to get some of the best quick cooking in the business. The staff is beyond friendly and they never fail to put a smile on my face. The food is cooked when you order and it is never cold or old appearing.I have frequented this joint for the past 3.5 years at least once a week and I have never felt out-of-place or taken advantage of in any way.The women (and men) but mainly the women are always in-sight and super attentive to their customers wants or need . (This does not mean the men won’t help you because I know for a fact if you ask them they would love to help you)Around lunch time or any busy time (5-7pm) for a restaurant; you may notice the women are working hard to prepare the food, please be understanding as when HUMANS get busy or become focused they tend to be more quiet and/or attentive to what is being ordered-up and not necessarily what has already been served. They take their time to cook your food as you requested, to provide YOU (literally you) with the highest quality of cooking they can be perform. Ask and you shall receive.This is a family-operated establishment and the team works great as a unit. The women in the front never fail to get me giggling.Hickeys DQ is the best DQ in the USA. If you go to the mineral wells DQ off of 180, I am sorry, one; two, you are truly missing out on top-notch food just down the road off of North Oak or highway U.S. 281 Northbound just past the Downtown area of Mineral Wells.
