Haven't been here in a couple of years. Since braums is closed i decided to try it again. Mistake! I clearly repeated my order of two #1 combos w/curly fries. Among other details....I got home & they didn't get it right. Reg fries for one, the sourdough bread was like maybe...leather? On the order screen it looked right but yet in the bag it was WRONG! You people need to step up & pay attention! My business with you is over.

I went into this store to get food and there was someone named Lorena who works there being rude to a senior citizens woman saying that homeless aren't allowed there and that she was going to call the cops...
Look, it's cold. I don't know if that woman was homeless or not, but if she is, you shouldn't discriminate against her, especially in this weather. She didn't bother me. What bothered me was how awful I felt for that woman. I will never get food from there as long as that woman is there. Bad moral hygiene to the customers.
Night shift was horrible the person at the windows was inattentive I had to repeat my order several times and he still messed up the size along with that they didn't put any Boba in my drink and for got to give me my drinks all together

We just had the best experience at Jack in the Box. The young man at the window, Junior, is what the receipt says, was so polite and friendly. The food was hot and fresh and exactly like we ordered. We were highly impressed.

I was really looking forward to this ok lace for its ultimate cheeseburger. The place was kept sub par. It needs a remodel really badly. It was passable clean but that's it. The food wasn't what it is at the other stores. The chicken wasn't something any of us finished. My burger was good but not great. I would eat there again for the cheeseburger and curly fries. The drink machine was lacking a lot of the basic simple flavors they should have had. They were out of coke for instance . My family had the chicken and did not like it.

I'm giving a rating, not on food, because I was never able to get it. I went through their drive-thru 3 times on 3 different occasions and was ignored. One time the the drive thru had 4 cars ahead of me and a few behind me. An I sat there, I sat there for about 4 or 5 minutes drove off. Nothing, notta. Sure, I could have gone in, but when I'm using the drive-thru, it is because I don't want to go in. It was annoying ? so my rating is a one because it's my only way to complain and be heard, considering they don't answer the phone either.
The manager waited on us and she is awesome. Food was fresh and hot.

Tonight I placed a mobile order normally they get it right every now and then they’ll have a mess up but tonight the girl seems to think that she could scream at me on the phone and tell me that I’m lying about my order how it’s supposed to be made basically When I have a screenshot Of my order I made tonight and how it was supposed to be made. I don’t see how you can get easy mustard on all four out of my order my order clearly says two chicken sandwiches, no lettuce two chicken sandwiches, easy mustard no mayo so where do you get all four easy mustard and no lettuce. I will be calling and talking to a manager or something tomorrow hopefully Kim, because that little girl at the store doesn’t need to be screaming at her customers like that that’s how you lose business
