Advertised as a 24 hour McDonald’s. Pulled up before 11 PM, Nobody answered the drive-through. Called the store and they said they closed at 11. I told her I pulled up before 11, She said no we took our headsets off at 11. They just didn’t answer me. I’m sick of people who only halfway their jobs.

Pulled up close to closing watched the car infront of me be able to get their order in with roughly 10mins to spare and I pulled up and they said “ we are currently closing” extremely rude behind it terrible customer service would recommend going to any other McDonald’s mineral wells location isn’t worth the stop.
They have also spit on peoples food In the past. I’d keep driving if I read reviews!

Ordered a regular oreo mc flurry. They must be trying to save money by cutting back on portion sizes! I was offended when I saw the amount in my cup! This was not an accident. It was purposeful. The last time they did this to me I asked why. The girl said her manager watches over their shoulders and tells them how much ice cream to put. I made them remake it. Check your order before leaving and don't be afraid to ask them to remake and do better! I didn't check before leaving this time but will from now on!
