I got the stixs and the lasagna with mushrooms. It was hot, and the flavors were good. I liked the jap ranch and the cheese has great texture. I'm looking forward to trying some of thier pizzas

I love Mr Jim's pizza, I think it's the best delivery pizza in Mineral Wells. Their Pizza always tastes great, excellent ingredients, and a good variety of toppings and crusts. I also like that they cook it on the crispier side. Their new Detroit Pizza is really good! Can't go wrong with Mr.Jims!
Amazing service! Had a little mishap with the online ordering, completely my fault but Instead of double charging me or making everything twice, they called me to confirm and we got everything squared out.

This is absolutely the BEST pizza. Hot, fresh, and fast delivery!
Also, a few weeks ago they produced SEVERAL pizzas for an event at our church. I was told by the lady who picked them up, the owner himself came in to make the order. She said they were very polite and grateful for the large order.
Had it delivered, it was cold when I got it. Ruined everything. The delivery driver was very nice. However, the pizza was just very, very disappointing. It didn't taste fresh at all taste like it sat there a long time
I called at 9:30 AM and franchise owner Joe Parker answered. He helped me with an order of lots (14) pizzas I needed by 11 am for a church function. When I arrived, all was ready and they helped me carry pizzas to my car. Great family business caring service!

Ordered 3 large pizzas last night 2 of the pizzas wasnt made right. One only had bacon and cheese and was supposed to have pepperoni and chicken and extra cheese but was missing the pepperoni. The other pizza was supposed to have chicken and bacon and extra cheese but only had bacon and cheese . I called down their and the guy working told me the chicken was cut up fine so you couldn't see it and they only put 5 pieces of pepperoni on a large . But me and 2 others didn't see any pepperoni on the pizza and I ordered from them alot what happened to the customer is always right poor customer service.
They're the best in the pizza business. You can literally taste the difference quality ingredients make.
