Pizza was overcooked. Asked for extra cheese and no extra cheese. It was a basic pizza extra cheese with black olives. Barely any toppings on it. Basically I was eating crust and sauce. Really disappointed Mr. Jim's. I already have to drive 25 minutes away. So I went in and order and waited 10 minutes. Friendly people. I ate my personal pizza right there in the parking lot because I didn't want to drive 25 minutes back home for it to get cold. It was just mediocre. Nothing special about it. A simple basic pizza should taste really good though. I'll be looking for a new pizza place from here on. I don't know what it is with Mr. Jim's on this side of town. Springtown, Peaster, and Mineral Wells. All the the Mr. Jim's out there not worth it or your money. I will make sure the only time I eat Mr. Jim's Pizza is the one out in North Richland Hills. Loki they have the best Mr. Jim's out there.

UPDATE: 5 stars dropped to 2. I've gotten pizza here several times and it has always been excellent until now. This time, it was so bad that I thought maybe there was someone new in the kitchen and I called to let the manager know that I was disappointed. I politely explained that this was a very different experience, that I have been very happy with the pizza I've had every other time, but this one wasn't made right. Instead of listening to my concerns, apologizing, and assuring me it would be right next time, he immediately said that he remembered making my pizza and knew the topping was right. Over and over, to the point where I couldn't address the other issues. A manager trying to goad a loyal customer into an argument without considering how maybe he made an honest mistake because they were so busy is flat-out rude and unprofessional. It's time for me to find another favorite restaurant.

Pizza is always delivered hot, delivery guys are nice, and the ingredients used have always seemed good. It's the best place in town, and we've stopped ordering from anywhere else at this point.

Always love Mr Jim's. I feel they are the best pizza in town. The only thing I do not like is people standing at the door half in and half out smoking where you have to walk thru the smoke. Then there was no washing of hands to get my food from the oven after handling the cigarette. Employees should have to smoke out back where customers don't have to walk thru the smoke both outside and inside since they were half in and out. That was a huge disappointment seeing and a turn off for the business.

Tried Mr. Jim’s Pizza recently, and the biggest perk is convenience, you don’t have to drive into town to get it. Unfortunately, that’s about where the positives ended for me. The pizza just wasn’t good, to the point I ended up throwing it away, and that’s 30 bucks I won’t get back.
The employee working was friendly and seemed to know what he was doing, so no complaints there. (there ain’t no sitting down and the one employee might be in the back so if you read this and still want pizza, make sure you let the guy know your there so you don’t wait 10 min like me. Which was my fault). — I think the food itself just missed the mark for me. If you’re looking for pizza night, you might be better off grabbing a frozen one from Dollar General. There ain’t no picture because well o threw it away before I even thought todo so.

This is a great location. My order is always ready quickly, accurate, and the quality is consistent. I highly recommend this Mr. Jim’s location.
Very unhappy. Spent $40 on 3 pizzas and cheese sticks the one that was the most money was right at $19 and was 3 meat. Barely had anything on it to even make it close to $15. My meat on my Pizzas was over done and they don't have a card reader as well. I'm very very un happy and do not recommend as my pizza dough is more like rubber as well. I will not go back. I'm passed aggravated 😑
