I eat there about once a month on the 8th of March I ordered two pizzas one was chicken and one was pepperoni I have been sick in bed ever since I finally was able to get on the phone today and they inform me then it wasn't their problem it was told the manager had more important things to do than to talk to me. I will be getting out of the district office tomorrow and a lawyer I am 60 years old I've never been that sick in my whole life and I've never been treated so rudely they said it wasn't their fault if I got sick on their food

I ordered a large stuff crust pep and bacon with Alfredo sauce and a large stuff bbq no onion and this is what I got paper thin little to no sauce hard as a rock even dipping sauce did not good and it was damn near 50 dollars this was terrible definitely not gnna go back called to make it right and they said it's how it's made terrible all around

My pizza crust had a slight taste of bleach in it my waiter drop my pizza and my tea off at the table and never came when I went to the counter to get more tea he said I'm on break they seem to be more focused on to go orders maybe they should shut the inside down and just do that
We drive all the way from Weatherford even though we have a pizza hut here. Great food, atmosphere, friendly staff and cleanliness is why we drive 30 minutes for Sunday dine in lunch

They need to fix the ordering part of the website and app website don't take orders and app I put delivery gave 25% tip for delivery and I had to go pick my own food and I never got a tip for picking it up lol this is B.S I will never think about ordering from here next time I want pizza ticket number was 0049 at mineral wells tx store

Last Thursday, I placed an order online or so I thought for the Mineral Wells store. For some reason, it didn't like the zip code for my debit card. It said pending on my bank account so I thought it went through. I drove almost half an hour to pick up my order of pizza, cheesesticks, and wings, but when I arrived, I was told the order didn't go through. I walked out and left my card sitting on the table, but the csr tried it with my card number, which I know. It still wouldn't go through because of the zip code, which I have to call the bank about. Anyway, one of the workers, Magdalene, saw my frustration and said if I sent it to her cash app, I could get it paid for that way! I was very impressed with her offer and excellent customer service. People like her make your business great! Thank you!
Horrible. On May 18,2024 between 9pm and 10 pm It was my first time seeing my family in 7 years and my son's pregnant wife ordered a pineapple pepperoni pizza and we never received it so I brought my receipt and the cook named Tonya ( I got the name from another employee) was cooking and came and snatched my receipt out of my hands when i turned to ask my sons pregnant wife if it was pepperoni with the pineapple Tonya the cook threw the receipt at me. I was livid and she tells me there's no pizza with pineapple and the cashier says she messed up and forgot to put the pineapple at this point everyone has ate and my son's pregnant wife is still waiting on her pizza and they are closing. The cook throws cold pineapples on our pizza and serves it to us. One of the other coworkers of Tonya was also disturbed by the service. I'm still waiting to speak to her boss. She keeps answering the phone and I want to talk to her boss I took pictures of the pizza. Look how she threw the COLD pineapples on top. I paid over twenty dollars for that pizza. I ordered 4 pizzas five sweet teas and two kids sprites and spent a lot of money for horrible service and the pineapple pizza was cold and horrible. Just wrong
