Edited - we appreciate the management team contacting us. We did not feel like asking for them a second time on our visit, why we reviewed.

We love the food and creativity. The chef. The cooks. The waitstaff, always excellent. We even ask for waitstaff by name.

We have issues with reservations and getting greeted or seated.

It’s been inconsistent.

Todays issues also involved our canceled reservation for happy hour area (lounge) and being put in main dining when they found a table then being told we could not get the happy hour drinks we like or food. Resy still showed it as active. But an email was sent to us as we were walking up canceling it and the host stand had to find the manager. This was not a one time thing. Management is aware and I hope this final part is fixed to set the tone.

We made a reservation for happy hour as it was recommended to me by someone from the area. We are glad we did. The lounge seating is comfortable. Our server was attentive and made great recommendations for drinks. The black truffle fries and chips and guacamole appetizers were excellent as were the drink prices. We would definitely come back to try dinner here as the menu looked amazing.

You need to visit this hotel. The Second Bar and grill has ridiculously incredible food, interesting and unique. I had a pear martini that is handcrafted at the restaurant, it was amazing! Our server, Chase is a professional server, awesome service, helped us choose the best food/drinks foe our party. The brie is so Good,.the truffle fries are delish, the Brussel sprout appetizer is freaking awesome, and I don't even like Brussel sprouts! I highly recommend this as a special event venue, the cost for 3 people was under $100, and the atmosphere is perfect. Request Chase! Best service ever!

Had a "Just in Thyme" cocktail and it was delish! White pizza and a grilled beet salad were amazing.

Breakfast the next morning were quesadillas and huevos rancheros and fresh squeezed OJ. Ah-mazing.

We will be back.

Our meal started out great. Table of 4 on a Thursday 6pm. Not many tables. Our app seemed like it had been sitting for quite a while because the cheese was not melted anymore it was solid. No big deal still tasted good. Drinks took forever to get. Then dinner took a bit but all came out together. My husband's steak was literally cold in the center. So cold the compound butter wouldn't melt. He was starving and didn't even tell me till he was done. Our employees both ordered the chicken meal. Loved the sides but chichen had NO SALT it was flavorless. Both said the same. My noodles were also flavorles and cold.
And once the food came we didn't see anyone for a good while. So bad I mentioned to the waiter "hey I was worried you fell or something " and laughed about it. He hustled up to make up for it. Which was appreciated. We actually saw 2 tables get up and leave because no one ever came to help them at all.
It was very disheartening. We have been there 3 or 4x now and most times our foods at least hot . And good.
Our bill was almost 500! ... our food should have been amazing. Won't be back.

4 of us in the party. We ordered 3 steaks. All were under cooked, when ordering a $50 Steak you really do expect perfection. Weird grit side came with the meal (not good). Service was good, except when I push the waitress about what the side was she had no idea. Drinks were good. Loved the atmosphere.

This is such a hidden gem. One of the best meals I have had traveling. Service was superb. Go for the Brussel sprouts.
