We went thru the drive thru tonight and we waited to get our food at the window for we minutes. We finally received our food and we were missing our rolls. So we had to get the attention of one if the workers and we told them we were missing the rolls and they went to get them and then came back and told us they were out of both biscuits ad rolls. We orders the Family 20 piece tender meal so 6 rolls came with our meal. They went to look again and said it would *********** minutes to **** some and then they could bring them out after we had already waited 20 minutes to get our food. They got the manage and all she did was say she could bring them out after they cooked, she didn't bother to ask for our name and give us something on the next visit, or give us a coupon or something different on this visit. The customer service was terrible. And the training of the manager and employees is non-existent.

On Dec 21, 2020 I went to the Chicken Express (CEWP) located in Willow Park. When I got home I discover the okra and slaw I ordered were filled with mashed potatoes and French fries. I took a picture of the actual food and the receipt. I did not call CEWP as I found today I should have. Since I was home and not planning on returning to "fix the order", I figured the copy of the receipt was sufficient evidence of the error. Today ( Feb 18, 2021) I returned to CEWP and after speaking to two employees who were polite, the "manager" came out and I explained the situation for a third time. The manager asked if I had called the store that day. I explained I did not as I had no intention of driving back. (Sorry if this customer did not know their internal complaint protocol) The manager then proceeded to say that he didn't know if the photo was "doctored" or similar language insinuating that I was somehow trying to cheat them. I then asked him if he was calling me a liar (which he was) and he said basically "We're done here". As a former executive of a Fortune 500 company, I've handled a lot of customer complaints, but never one this poorly. He did offer to "fix it" , but one's principles must take precedence. His "argument" as presented was basically that a totally unverifiable phone call on December 21st was better "proof" than a conclusive photo of the actual order with the receipt. I disagree.

We frequent this Chicken E location almost weekly. Don't let the long drive-through line intimate you....it moves fast! The workers will even bring your orders out to you if someone ahead of you is still waiting on their food but yours is ready. We are always served with a smile. They have absolutely the BEST iced tea ever! We love their chicken tenders and their fish fillets!

Restaurant needs improvement! Orders are constantly wrong with stale biscuits. Friendly atmosphere is also lacking. I want my old classic chicken e experience ?

This place is the original Chicken Express. If you’re from up north like me, you must try this place. The tenders are amazing!! You get gravy for dipping, and you really should try the Serandipity salt packets. Yum, yum, yum!

We were visiting in the area and dropped in: I was amazed at how much chicken they were cooking and piling up! The wife and I went through the line quickly. They had to special cook the Catfish, and told us up front that it would be a while, which was fine since we weren't in a hurry. The wife got her Chicken pretty quick. It was hot and delicious, and a generous portion. My Catfish came along as promised, and it was simply amazing! I had the choice of a 1, 2 or 3 piece meal, and am so glad I opted for the two piece; The Catfish was HUGE! Even with my appetite, it was all that I could do to eat both pieces and the fries. Chicken Express is a "must stop" for us... Really sad they don't have one near us!

It was disgusting. Every table was dirty. My husband and I was the only ones there and I had to clean my own table. There was 4people on their phones and the manager was leaning on the back counter. Two guys were cursing out loud about one not cheating on his girlfriend. I was so angry and grossed out we had to leave. The need new grown up employee s and different not lazy manager. Okra was burned and children under cooked.
