Ordered a foot long turkey got home and it was ham GM manger was very very rude and also ordered a meatball sandwich and wanted meatballs on side because I live like 30 miles away and didn’t want bread soggy & they put in paper which is nasty need to change there rules on putting items like that in small cup bowls & again GM manger very very rude doesn't need to be working in a place like that being rude to customers that’s how he makes his paycheck

A couple of weeks ago I came into this location, and the only thing that made my visit tolerable were the two guys working. There was a lady there that could not tolerate the fact we had even walked in. She wanted us gone. Her attitude was absolutely horrific. We decided to go in today to get dinner, and this same lady greeted us with what do you want? No hello, how are you, how can I help you. She was unhappy we were taking our time to look at the menu. She has no personality, doesn’t bother to be nice, and doesn’t ever smile. I put up with it, but it was honestly so disappointing to come in on a different day and have the same horrible service by the same person. I asked her for a line of ranch and a line of Mayo on my sandwich. She proceeded to add mustard to my sandwich. I was so uncomfortable, and upset with this situation that I told her to leave it alone. I couldn’t spend another second in that building. I wanted this interaction to be over. She disregarded anything my mother said, and just gave her the total. I wanted to leave the food there, but I was raised better. I wasn’t going to lower my standards and attitude to her level. The ladies name tag says Meghan, someone needs to come train her to be nicer with customers, or never have her there alone because her attitude is just going to ruin this business.

(Mobile order) They let a new person make my sandwich and now I can’t eat it. They doused it in sauce - It’s dripping. There are 20 slices of tomato and an entire onion on the sandwich. I’m not gonna waste my time counting the olives, but I can tell you that is a ridiculous load. The onions were outside the sandwich all together. Tried to call to talk to manager but couldn’t get a hold of one and the coworker who picked up the phone was rude and had an attitude. So now I don’t get to have lunch and my money has been wasted.Update: Came in to get my refund - Both girls are trying to tell me that Subway says the tomato slices go corner to corner. You can google it - That is not true. I got attitude from the one I talked to on the phone. If they had been the least bit sorry it would have made a difference. Pretty sure they are both newer - it was more their entitled attitude that made the difference.

Subway by golf course is gone bad! I started going there cuz one in Walmart had terrible workers but now this is the same. As soon as we pull up this worker sweeping looks at us all mad, and I said.. maybe it's closing time.. check and it's almost 3 hours till closing.. so we go in and the same girl who was sweeping a minute ago announced.. I was sweeping and I just don't feel comfortable back here.. Ok go clean.. so the other girl is making sandwiches.. as is her job, but she was probably irritated about rude girl, and she's very rude yelling asking questions I already answered.. I felt unwanted in there so I took it home.. first girl rung me up but then walked off so second girl finished it had a ton of sauce and she ran out of meat for Philly so it was not full, I repeatedly asked for green peppers and you would think they were paying.. even after toasting I asked for more.. I got 5or 6 -halfed.. but the drink and cookies were good.. as we were pulling out to traffic I thought we were gonna fall in ditch, it gets bigger everytime we go.. but plenty parking.. as we. Left.. my daughter says.. you know they don't get paid good, and I said is it my fault they don't.. NOIs it my fault they chose to work here.. NO! SO PLEASE DO BETTER! APPRECIATE YOU CUSTOMERS! It's so expensive now and after that I hate I went there and wasted $35 that's my monthly eating out.. and I wasted it ?

Young black lady was VERY rude. Saying my mom was trying to scam her for “extra cheese” toasted the for meat so long you can’t really even bite it.She told my mom she needed to “inspect her sandwich” to make sure she wasn’t lying. Why would she lie? Come on now.Complaining how she was so tired.The rush of people coming in. So I ordered my food online expecting it to be done when I get there. We'll it wasn't. My bf was the one who went inside and he said they made it when he asked for our order. Also the young black lady who was at the register was apparently yelling at my bf and saying how she was "sick of you." And was cussing left and right. She also kept yelling randomly and even the other employee seemed to be annoyed. Honestly horrible Staff besides the man who was with her.
