Today was my first visit to this store...I love wings and after shopping at Wally World I went in about 2 15 to try their wings....ordered the $14 -10 piece combo, plain wings no sauce and was told order would be out in about 8 to 10 minutes...20 minutes plus later I recieved my take out order and pulled into a parking space nearby to eat...first try was the fries, cold, soggy and limp, no seasoning whatsoever , but they tasted like someone had dropped sugar in the frying oil, not a good taste....trying the wings was the same thing, no seasoning whatsoever, and tasted like it wasn't cooked long enough, tough, overly chewy, and had that same sweet sugary taste of whatever it was cooked in....I could only eat 4 of the wings before throwing them out the window along with the remainder of fries.... !6 bucks wasted, and with hopes that I didn't later become sick....should have bought the Walmart deli wings while I was there and saved about $6, plus they are always good......Very dissapointed in Wingstop.....

Ordered a meal. Drove 40 minutes round trip to get it. Realized we didn’t get the $5 ranch we ordered. Called and asked for a refund and they refused. Told us that we could come back and get it. We won’t be back and we’ve filed a complaint with corporate and will continue to until something is resolved. Sure it’s only $5 and it’s only a tub of ranch. But it’s personal now.
Edited to add: also just realized the voodoo fries we ordered weren’t made correctly. It’s fast food. Not rocket science. Pull your head out of that hole between your cheeks and do your job.

Food is good but this location is run by children. Every visit reminds me of this. During this visit, the employee ringing up my order was interrupted but the employee counting the drawer next to her to update her on her recent relationship developments. I then spent the entire visit listening to them loudly discussing gossip and literally whooping and hollering like they were at a concert. They got my order wrong slightly which isn't a big deal, but when I asked for it to be corrected (I ordered regular fries with extra seasoning and they gave me large fries with no seasoning), at first she just handed me a cup of seasoning to which I had to tell her no, I wanted them tossed and seasoned properly. After she did, she handed me the fries and said "I don't know how you do this bro, I can't eat all that seasoning." I thanked her for giving me her completely welcome 2 cents on my food choices and at this point I ate a little bit just ended up taking the rest to go to get out of this restaurant. Just unprofessional. I hate that this is the only Wingstop location to choose from within a reasonable distance.

The last 3 times I received my take out order they dropped the ball & got my orders wrong. They always short my wings. When you let them know their mistakes they get an attitude with the customer. Very rudely ran. When they opened they had great management but something's gone downhill in the management change. I'm debating on ever going back

$50 dollars worth of wing combos picked up. Not one ranch given after paying for extras. No carrot sticks that I paid for. Called to tell them and was told I could get them on my next call in order!

Food was great but it took way too long to get it to the table. I understand they make it fresh, but had an hour for lunch and went straight in, ordered, and waited over 20mins to get any food to the table. Very clean and nice dining area but not a lot of seating.

Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had! An hour before closing I placed my order over the phone for pick up. When I arrived the 3 employees that were present were cleaning. I stood at the counter for 10 mins before any of the employees acknowledged me then once they did they acted like I inconvenienced them. I paid for my order and left. When I arrived home not only was my order incorrect the quality of the wings were dry and terrible. I would have understood if they were extremely busy but I was the only customer they had. The food was way too expensive to be so terrible. I definitely won’t be going back.

I went here when they first opened and will never go back. I didn't like their menu choices for one thing. I tried 3 and they were awful. I am 72 years old and have poor teeth (not their fault) but the wings were so overcooked and tough I couldn't even chew them. That is NOT how I like my chicken. They are also overpriced for such awful product. I will never go back.

Everything was perfect and staff was friendly. Took a little while but food was hot and fresh. So it was worth it.
