The food is amazing in this charming little restaurant with authentic wonderful story. Authentic Italian cuisine! Great service! It's a gem in an unlikely place!
A quaint little authentic Italian restaurant. We found this little gem by searching for restaurants in the area. We were looking for a place about halfway between my brother and his wife in Dallas and my wife and I in Abilene. Beniventis sounded interesting so we chose it. The food was excellent and it was a nice quiet place in which to visit. We all enjoyed it very much!
Food was fantastic. Today was our first trip but we will absolutely go back.
Went there for the first time today for lunch 1/14/2026 and food, atmosphere, and service was fantastic Who knew the small town of Mingus had such a wonderful restaurant.

We had a fabulous dinner and the service was excellent. We drove over from Granbury and it was very much worth it. We will be back. Thank you for the delicious gnocchi and the wonderful chicken Parmesan! And the chocolate brownie for dessert was out of this world.
What an incredible hidden gem! From the amazing history, the incredible non-profit organization the owner has set up, staff that welcomes you like family, and authentic Italian recipes… I highly recommend trying this place!

What an amazing meal! So good. Not what you would expect from such a small town. Excellent cannelloni,spaghetti, and ravioli. We will be back and often! 5/5. Please try it!!

Very comfortable setting with excellent service. I’ll definitely return to try other menu items. Would not recommend the spaghetti in tomato juice. (Too bland )

The food is prepared to order and is very good but not vey authentic Italian in my opinion. Needs more spice.
