Unassuming little combination store and restaurant. We've eaten here a few times when working in the area and the food is always good. Parking can be a little tricky.

All-natural country living great cooks
Never knew this store had food and I'm glad I discovered it, food was super delicious and nice and hot but what made it better is that waitress was very attentive! Homemade salsa was very good too. Great atmosphere!! And it's also a convenient store so you can get snack on the way out or a drink.

I used to go to Lalas every chance I got back in the 70's when I lived in nearby Laredo. It had the best TexMex in all of South Texas. It's not the same any more. Soso food. Rude service. The building is rundown inside and out. We arrived at 12:30pm. 2 people there. We left an hour later...2 more people there. This place is on its last legs. Just looking at it is depressing. The photo tells you you need to know.
Went to visit my Aunt that lives literally right across the street from where she lives. As a matter of fact, her oldest daughter is a waitress cashier there. The place is clean and ample seating. The menu is good size with many choices. I had the cheese enchiladas combo plate and they were really good! My wife had a burger and it was big. Four adults ate for about $35.
What can I say...i love it..especially tha ladys that work there!β€πππΌπ
The salsa that comes with the chips is a tad spicy, however it had good flavor. The menu isn't very big, but the food is damn good. You can tell the tortillas and taco shells are made here in house. I had the chicken enchiladas tonight. The chicken was tender, tortillas were amazing, but it needed more salsa ranchera. Everything on my plate was fantastic! If you're looking for a small local place to go to with good food, this is definitely a good place to start. Hopefully I'll be able to stop by for breakfast sometime soon. The waitress and the woman cooking the food were really nice and heartwarming.
Convenience store and restaurant with good snacks, great food and friendly service!??
