I stopped by after work 5pm and got three different tacos that were all delicious. They take traditional dishes and introduce make them complex for a price that is not. The presentation for a to-go order was presented beautifully you can tell the take pride in their food. Must try
I am not the same person I was before I started my meal! Wow! The flavors and textures, and perfect mixture of fresh and fat. The tortillas have ruined me for life. The fresh ground masa is absolutely worth the effort (thank you, whomever grinds it! Thank you so much!) I'm so glad I got a variety of items so I got to experience a variety of tortillas. A small taqueria in Mission. First the food, it was excellent! The menu was deceptively simple, that leaves you surprised with the perfectly balanced symphony of flavors. I ordered the fajita and deshebrada vampiro. Let me say, I always start by picking a piece of fajita meat off the plate, just plain, nothing added. It was delicious - juicy, perfectly charred, melt in your mouth. I knew I was in for a treat! The tacos did not disappoint! I must mention the salsa- each one tastier...
