I just went rn I ordered a whopper and cheese tots they girl just charged me the whopper but not the tots i know I have to check but another guy asked me too fornmy order and to move foward, as soon I got home I want to eat my order and it was incomplete. I kept telling them to not add mayonnaise on my burger and even told them again to not add mayonnaise on my burger when I was at the window and they said they didnāt add it and when I was gonna eat my burger there was mayonnaise on it šæ

Always dirty tables, restrooms are always dirty, and no lighting. Need to add changing table. You are a family restaurant, and main focus is children, since you have a play area. Therefore should have a changing table for infants. Food just depends on what time you go, but most likely to have something missing.

Cooks on their phone while working. Slow drive thru service. A lot of thrash on the floor in the kitchen. Still gave attitude when I told them they hadn't given me my drink and my food was cold.

Very long wait. Maybe since we went during a busy time thatās why we got such horrible service? Ordered two kids meals and one only came with fries and no nuggets. Both of our sodas were extremely flat. Our burgers were overloaded w ketchup. No marinara sauce for the cheese sticks that I was so excited to finally try šno condiments or napkins were added to bags. A stop at this location was no convenience for us and we are so disappointed since they did so much remodeling recently. This Burger King is only about 4 mins from our house but even though itās so close we will never be stopping here again. Please donāt waste your time or money at this location. You will be disappointed
