I went here with my grandma after church. I ordered a different thing from my grandma and they get my order wrong. I was too shy to say anything so my grandma said something. I don’t blame the workers I’m sure there’s only a few people working and they can’t handle the stress with just minimal workers. Other than that the food is 10/10 no complains

One of the employees with terrible service asked him if they had ketsup and he answered in a bad way and of the times that I have gone they never have it because they didn't order it or that until the next day the truck arrives they will have ketsup

The person in the drive thru couldn’t concentrate on the order, I had to wait 15 minutes when the order supposed to be ready at a specific time. The person in the drive through (female) was scratching her underarm and preparing the orders. She gave me the bag open and without receipt, when I asked for the receipt she started scratching her head and making faces and went to the back without saying anything.

It's Sunday at almost 9 pm and the door is locked? People inside just look and talking and laughing while the drive thru line is super long.
A lady complained about her fries not having salt in her fries after she had touched them, they proceeded to place the touched fries back in. Disgusting.
