My husband ordered the SpongeBob Meal & wasn't the best. Food was super cold, and they forgot the PIE in the bag, which I was excited to try. Phone lines are always busy, so we can't even call to talk to someone.

They never answer their phones phone i dont even know at this point why they have a phone number if they are not going to be using it they also never have the ice cream machine working do they even want to fix/clean their machine???

What a horrible place, I do NOT recommend!
This is not the location we usually visit because we're not from Mission. I used the family coupon code & asked for cheese on the whoppers, when I pay it's a little more than what we usually pay, because we do visit regularly. I wait for my order, & it says HEAVY cheese 2 slices $1.20 extra, I check my burgers, because im paying $3.60 extra for HEAVY cheese & there's only one. I tell the cashier which im guessing is the manager because of her different black shirt. I tell her you charged me extra & gave me what I initially asked for & she says they can't only add 1 cheese, crazy.. so I tell her okay so if it says 2 why isn't there 2? She says she needs to check BECAUSE SHE'S NOT THE COOK, mind you this lady was rude since she asked for the code, & i know it was her because her face matches the exact same way she talks to the customers. Asks the cook, he says 1 initially WHILE LOOKING AT THE BURGER then says 2. I keep telling her it's not 2, it's 1. She says you can't tell because it's melted but STILL says it's 2. I checked my burgers as soon as they were handed to me. I say its fine when she's still going off talking to the back to confirm something that is NOT RIGHT. Extremely rude lady. I would've been okay with paying extra IF MY ORDER WOULD'VE BEEN DONE CORRECTLY, but we won't EVER give this restaurant our business. What a terrible way to treat a paying customer. TRUST THEIR REVIEWS!

Never had a burger this tastless and cold. With all honesty, I told my girl as I was leaving the place, that this was the worst experience in a food chain I've ever had. I had ordered a Wapper and she got the sandwich. She said her sandwich didn't taste good either. It's impressive how of a big chain Burger King is, yet it offers a mediocre delivery. Just don't go. Food is cold and tasteless

The Burger King franchise if I'm not mistaken has been run by a sole proprietor for a long time and trust me it's run without care as it's a monopoly; basically, this restaurant has been in a coma for a while and now being sustained by frequent CPR.
In reviewing the complaints, they are very repetitive and the same issues over and over, which for someone that cared would be easy to fix but we go back to premise #1 why care? So why did I go? because a friend wanted the breakfast 2x $6 bisuits with sausage and bacon and guess what he got? 2x croissants; hence, next time someone goes if they want biscuits order croissants and if they want no mayo order more mayo and so forth so on; continue with the CPR, farewell.

Itâs always the same exact thing everytime. They take long and thatâs okay. But then I get home and there is either something missing, or they didnât do it right. I ordered 2 whoppers all the way and ask def for cheese as well. They gave me 2 whoppers with just cheese and mayo. What is this???? I had to add the ketchup and I have no verified to chop right now. This is insane!!!!

Make sure when you order croissant sandwiches you ask for fresh ones. I got the nastiest dry crusty sandwiches that have been sitting under a heat lamp for who knows how long. They were Dried out, felt like it had no cheese. I donât like to complain but damn they were nasty. I called them to let them know, hoping theyâd give me credit for another one but they have a disconnected San Antonio number attached to their google information.

Burger King on expressway in mission, the worst driver thru service. You wait so long, more than ten minutes just so they can take your order. Cause they're very busy. Hire more people. Not even with one star.

I asked got my meal to be made cooked to order I didnât want anything cold and I just waited the time needed the manager by the name of Jose was very friendly and courteous and brought out my order when it had been made to order which was very much appreciated. Definitely going back!!!

Hadn't Been To This Location In A Minute And When I Decide To Stop By It's Just A Very Terrible Experience I Made Sure To Ask The Girl When She Handed My Food Over The Window If Everything Was Like I Had Requested Just To Verify I Didn't Have To Call Or DRIVE! Back.... I Get Home Just To Find Out All My Order Was Messed Up Except For The Chicken Fries! When I Try Calling The Number On The Google Maps Location It's A San Antonio Number Which Is Outta Service So I Call The One On The Receipt Just To Find Out They Never Actually Answer Phone Callsđ€Š So I Have To Drive Back Over There And When I Ask If The Can Af Least Make Two Of The Sandwiches A Meal As A Sign Of Courtesy For The 20 Minute Drive They Say They Can't And Just Remake My Burgers Just To Mess Ip Once Again On Kne Of The Sandwiches! NEVER AGAIN! AM I Stopping By This HORRIBLE And UNHEALTHY PLACE YES I SAID UNHEALTHY BECAUSE THEY HAVE A HEALTH CODE VIOLATION THAT NEEDS TO IMMEDIATELY BE TAKEN CARE OF (BLACK MOLD) ON CEILING TILES!
