Manager Mandy is the rudest lady I’ve ever met. I used to work in management and never acted this way especially towards customers…Just came for lunch after coming from the clinical rotation and stated she has been yelling out my order “for the longest time and nobody ever came for it” I then proceeded to apologize and asked for a jalapeño that I ordered already…. all she said was “75 cents.” Also my friends order was made wrong and so she just threw it in the trash and said nothing….worst Burger King I’ve ever been to! 😠

Probably the slowest BK in the valley, they never have anything ready and they make you wait. I waited in the drive thru for 17 minutes for a double cheeseburger, fries and a coke. I wanted to leave but was trapped. Let's go BK mission step up

Biscuit was hard as rock, wife didn't enjoy it had to replace it with regular bread, smh. Hash browns are old and cold for a large order. No receipt to confirm order number, I ordered today, around 8:56 a.m, #1 combo LG coke, and a s/e/c biscuit & small coke. This is not what I had expected for this store to serve cold, hard, food to customers.
Lupita was very rude, food was already cold and generally did not enjoy it.

Second day I try to come to get a chicken burger and no luck. Both times they left me waiting in the front counter for at least 5 minutes. Before I left they were attending a customer through the drive-thru and I guess they were in a rush, i don't know why because the place was calm. I clearly heard the manager say "Just heat up the sandwich". Never coming back!
