We asked for rib eye steak to be medium rare and it was medium and very hard to chew.
UPDATE: This is the first time we’ve been back since our rib eye steak incident. Andrea, today’s server, more than made up for it. We placed our order and Andrea suggested a different way to order, still ordering the same foods, and saving us money. What an amazing employee! She truly cares about people, the rising costs of eating out and helping people to save money. Thank you Andrea, today you more than made up for our last experience 11 months ago. You rock!!!!

Unfortunately our most recent visit left much to be desired. Wife and I shared Chicken Fajitas. The chicken was plain, no spice to taste, half as many onions as peppers and no lime to squeeze for flavor. Tortillas were rubbery. Service was pleasant but a little slow

So first of all, this is one of the places we like to go after church, but the day you felt off. We kept receiving our drinks with no ice and very warm. The waiter did his best to bring us more cups of ice,but every refill came warm. Then after eating one of the waiters sits in front of us and begins to count his tips. I don't know, but that doesn't seem like an appropriate place or time to do that. Also restrooms were disgusting definitely need some attention and not the restaurant's fault, but somebody ran in throwing up in one of the stalls. That was at the beginning of the meal. So that wasn't a great start to begin with.

We were in Mission getting oil change at Kia motors and Chili's was just around the corner so we stopped in for lunch. The service was fast and friendly and the sliders and Southwest egg rolls and chicken strips were delicious 😋🤤.

I’ve never had a bad experience at this Chili’s in fact every dine in experience the service has been great. And today was my first time ordering via the app and again not disappointed got my order just right but I have to apologize for just grabbing it off the to-go counter. I saw my name on the bag and it looked so busy I didn’t want to bother anyone. Sorry, but will be ordering again thanks!
