This location is just as bad as the one on bus. 83. Same tasteless blant chicken is being served at this location also. It must be their new recipe or something because I’ve tried both locations and both places are serving tasteless, blant, dry and hard crust fried chicken. Not returning! Golden Chick is way better bigger pieces and fresher taste.!!

Went to get Church's Chicken tonight.... 04-15-2025...the wait was long but very worth it.... the chicken and the chicken tenders were DELICIOUS.... best Chicken ever ... I Love Church's Chicken.... I had ordered a chicken fried steak combo. When I was called for my order I went to the tables to sit down and discovered that I was given brown gravy only. The combo order stated that it was supposed to be mashed potatoes and gravy. Also I specifically told the cashier that I would like to be served on a round plate. When I went to pick up my order at the serving desk I noticed that it was served in a Chicken box. I told the server that I preferred a plate. He stated that their facility does not have plates.
I understand its late and almost closing time, but they should still have all the menu items available. They didn't have the chicken fried steak, we stopped by 10 minutes ago and they said chicken was going to take 20 minutes. We came back and they said all they had was spicy chicken. How ridiculous.
