Went to get Church's Chicken tonight.... 04-15-2025...the wait was long but very worth it.... the chicken and the chicken tenders were DELICIOUS.... best Chicken ever ... I Love Church's Chicken.... I had ordered a chicken fried steak combo. When I was called for my order I went to the tables to sit down and discovered that I was given brown gravy only. The combo order stated that it was supposed to be mashed potatoes and gravy.
Also I specifically told the cashier that I would like to be served on a round plate.
When I went to pick up my order at the serving desk I noticed that it was served in a Chicken box. I told the server that I preferred a plate....

Getting to expensive for fried chicken
Parking: Needs more parking spaces and a second window for drive thru it's ridiculous waiting 20+ minutes in line just to order then it's at least another 10-15 minutes plus by the time you get to the window there just trying to rush you out of there what happened to customer service and courtesy of saying hello and asking if everything is ok with your order
