If I could give zero stars I would. Every time I go to this location it’s horrible service they always forget something employees just don’t care. I only go there cause it’s close to my house but management never changes anything. Worse service in the valley for Churchs.

I didn't have a salad when we went and the delicious thing about eating chicken with puree is also the salad and the chicken didn't taste good, I think it was because of the oil or I don't know but they don't make it the same anymore ?

I have a churches restraunt near my house on griffin... either I'm missing part of my order, or they will not let me order a family meal all thighs half spicy half original, or my chicken is situated with oil like it's been sitting in the greace for a few hour or chicken taste like its been re-fried because they don't want to make you a fresh batch of fried chicken.... I go out of my way to visit Churches Restraunt on 905 bus. 83 in Mission and they treat me right!!! Always very friendly and polite, I order a family meal all thighs half spicy half original with no problems!!!!! They always always give me what I want to order!!! This location will be my forever place to get my fried chicken!!!! They Rock!!!!❤️❤️?

I used a BOGO coupon for Mac and cheese and smashed potatoes the macaroni was cold and looked like they put two small servings in one. Also didn't give us utensils or napkins for our 8 piece meal and sides. Tried calling and calling no answer will not be coming back anymore ✌?

Went for biscuits and cole slaw they didn’t have coke slaw was offered jalapeño macaroni and cheese . Loved the biscuits like always but the macaroni and cheese was salty and not good no one ate it .

Wow! At this point close the store if you don't have anything in the menu. Lady in the drive thru with a very bad attitude it almost felt like she hated her job. She kept denying everything on my order, there was no spicy chiken no spicy souse no bread no jalapeño rolls like how do you even have this place open then. Very disappointed of this place
