So this is based on take out food and ordering from them-It took them about 40 rings to even answer. When they did- the man said “what?”.1- person taking the order couldn’t speak English or Spanish. Have someone who can understand the customer answer the phone so the order is correct. Common sense.2- the food was okay but not as ordered or as paid for so for us- not good.3- paid for a side of sauce. The sauce wasn’t prepared as ordered due to the language barrier, and, it was so hot the item placed on top it, melted the plastic top, fell through and both sauces were spilled and lost.4- the atmosphere is fine in the restaurant- very dark.5- the waitresses are very nice but one star for this service because of the man answering the phone totally ruined our $100 order.

I call multiple times no answer, I go all the way there to place an order & they tell me they want to go home early so they won’t take my order. Horrible first time experience, Chopstix is right next door & wouldn’t pull something like this, save yourself the time & money.

Came here to have lunch with my wife. I decided to try something new but didn’t like it. I asked the server if I could change it for the same dish my wife ordered but he refused and was very rude about it. “It’s your fault, you ordered it.” WHAT?! I’ve worked in the service industry for over 12 years and the way he went about it was extremely unprofessional. First time I have ever tipped $0 and I don’t feel bad for it. Never coming back again.

I really like their food but this the 3rd time we call at 8:20pm to place an order for take-out and we are told it’s closed! My understanding is that they close at 9pm and they refused to take our order! Just really bad customer service!
Staff is just plain rude, waitstaff, cashiers. No sense of customer service. 2nd time eating there z. NO more.

We have been regulars, driving from north Mc Allen, but tonight received a disgusting experience, the man at the register RUDE as rude gets, threw my credit on the counter for me to sign receipt, and when I checked for the hot sauce to be in my order, the container was practically empty, I asked if I could have another and he threw another one also practically empty on the counter, I then proceeded to cancel my order, he offered no apology, businesses like this one that treat customers like a dollar bill have no business being in business, I nor my family will ever go there again, I'll make sure my friends know about this DISGUSTING experience!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good fast service and LOTS of food. Unlike many other places they have their lunch menu in effect on Saturday, and their lunch portions are huge. I thoroughly enjoyed my Chicken with Cashews (it also has lots of mush). There was enough left for another meal. I will be returning.
