I am not one to usually leave bad reviews but I thought this should be known. An employee named Bryana was rude with costumers and not only that but a mother. She was rude in tone and and rolled her eyes. Nobody wants to walk in for some delicious ice cream and meet with a rude teenager that can’t even fake a smile for a customer. You lost a Number One Customer.

Poor quality of food and worst customer service

Went to get 2 cones and my daughter said that she didn’t like it once I tasted it. The chocolate ice cream tasted so sour so we don’t know if it was already spoiled and they just sold it like that or what’s going on because the guy said that he went to go check it and they said that it was nothing wrong, but I still taste like it was so sour. And my daughter started feeling sick from her stomach, but she had already ate almost all of it, and she didn’t know until she almost finished it. I mean, she has autism and ADHD.

Went to DQ for a banana split — TWO strawberries and ONE pineapple, not rocket science. The girl making it looked like she was fighting for her life back there. Moving slower than the ice cream melting in front of her, with an attitude like I personally ruined her day just by ordering. If smiling is that hard, maybe try a job that doesn’t involve people. I waited forever for something that should’ve taken 60 seconds. Never again.

Got the 6 piece steak fingers meal dine in, left out napkins & fork 2 packs of ketchup, the gravy this time was watery no thickness, so took remaining part of my order to go and requested another gravy ,turns out they changed me 75 cents for the other gravy thought maybe it would be thicker but got home and it turned out it look more like milk

If I could give them 0 stars I would this is by far the worst Dairy Queen I’ve ever been too I have come here few times to get food and ice cream and each time I’ve come they have failed with customer service and food service and tonight was the worst! I ordered 2 small dipped cones and the ice cream was terrible went back to tell them and they knew the machine wasn’t working but yet they were still selling it by the time I got my ice cream cones the ice cream was melting like always and not to mention they don’t serve you what you pay I asked for a small cone and I got a kiddie cone the size of those cones are ridiculous terrible terrible I would never come back I’ve gave it too many tries already and always disappoint us!
Got half of my food then i had to get up to go get other because they were taking long All of my 5 burgers were made incorrectly

I never leave reviews but I went a little after 4 for a blizzard and there was confusion about the cookie dough (I didn’t realize there were different versions) ? but the guy who helped me at the drive thru was very kind. Keep being awesome!
