Danny's Restaurant Sharyland

Danny's has good food but a couple of the waitress are very rude ridiculous attitude towards certain customers and just turning their heads not wanting to look you in the face. One thing I can say is if these workers don't have good people skills then they shouldn't be there. They make business look bad👎

We've been going to Danny's restaurant for almost a decade (10) never had a bad experience till today; got to go order of barbacoa tacos w/American cheese and they were very greasy and had hardly any meat in them when they've been nicely served in the past; had lots of fat too, greasy was pooled in the bottom of the plate and tortillas were absolutely soaked to the point they fell apart, ....wife had machacado Alamex and 2nd taco had not even an egg portion of filling. We'll continue to go to Danny's because we love it so much, but hopefully it gets back to what we've had before ❤️

Today around 2:15pm.
This is very disturbing to find out that this is not any ordinary restaurant like others. My little 3 girl dropped her chocolate milk by accident and my wife quickly got up to assist with what she could by getting the Caution Sign cone and brought it close by our table where the spill was. Little did we know the waitress had charged us 2x for the accidental chocolate milk spill without letting us know. When we check the bill we asked our waitress about the extra chocolate milk and she said for us to speak with the manager upfront at the cashier charging people. So we did that and the manager told us that they charged us the extra chocolate milk as a refill!! We explained calmly and nicely that other restaurants do do that and would be bad customer service for accidentals on the customers and explained that the waitress did not disclose that neither about the extra charge and still the manager just looked down and cold blooded just refused to remove that extra charge… this is unexceptional for a restaurant to do this to their loyalty customers but this was the last straw we take from them because every time we go we have the same issues. We are no longer going back to them. Wanted to let everyone know around the valley to beware and know what they are walking into.

On 10/25/25 went for breakfast the waitress comes over and asks for order. We told her you have not even brought over menu. Then when I paid transaction was successful but that same waitress informed No paper to run card again. I ran card I told lady check it already charged twice. I return to show lady she charge me two times. Lady did not like it and did nothing. Today 10/26/25 showed transaction had been charge two times. Just putting for people to check your statement. For sure never going back!!!!!!

I give it 2 stars, because one is supposed to replace one's own home, especially on Saturday, to go eat a tasty breakfast or lunch, but I think that yesterday (Saturday), they applied: "you just serve him, let him eat and leave", because I say it: very clearly I asked for the Well Toasted Flour Tortillas (Crispy), and they brought me some Tortillas, which apparently had already been toasted to a certain degree for many hours before, and They reheated them, and by doing this process they become HARD, not toasted and brittle. I explained to the Waiter, but apparently he was only interested in serving and I don't think he understood, I even told him, it is better to try to toast soft Tortillas, and tell the Customer that they will take longer than normal. Anyway, I know that the Restaurant has been around for many years and a lot of customers come, but I probably won't go anymore, good luck.

My wife and I enjoy having a nice delicious breakfast at Danny’s in Sharyland … 95% of the time our waiters is Andria and by the time we set down.. she’s already bring our coffee . We already know what we like for breakfast and has on our table nice and hot and refills our coffee cup.. She always get tip well for her services and kindness..

Very bad service from the cooks. The tortillas were from a long time ago and broke when you folded them. The mashed potatoes tasted bad and were artificial. I do not recommend this place.
