The price of the menu items considering what you are served is not worth it, you don't get what you pay for
Parking: I visited the establishment after the lunch hour only 2 other patrons in the restaurant and when food arrived was asked to move my truck . Was on the verge of not returning but this was going to be my early dinner. Disappointed.
First time here since I was a little girl and my goodness brings back so many memories! The food is absolutely delicious! I got the nachos supreme my husband got the Western omelet! DELICIOUS!!!! The appetizer chips and SALSA yuuuuuuMMMMMMMM!!!! The atmosphere is so welcoming! Our waitress was so friendly and kept coming back to refill my husband’s coffee cup haha. I definitely recommend this place!

Ate here yesterday with my folks, and would definitely try coming back again. Experience was more like 4.3 stars. Diaz Diner has that old school diner feel, which is appropriate for it's location in Old Mission. The steak ranchero is awesome, I felt it needed more heat, but I'm chalking that up to personal preference. My Dad order a typical plate combo, which the enchilada sauce was very savory! However, my mothers chicken fried steak looked rather sad. It looked like a microwaveable meal steak, or came from a frozen bag. So I would steer clear from the American plate options. Other than that, the other food items and service was great. We'll definitely be back again!
This was our very 1st time here. The food was delicious. And the service that Johnny provided was awesome, he was very attentive and answered all of our questions. The place was very clean and organized. We will be coming back. Thanks Diaz Diner.
