10-14-2023 3:30pm. Young lady at counter was reading her text. Wife and I wanted to order and stood in front of her for about a minute. My wife asked her can we order? She kept reading her phone text; no acknowledgement of us. I stated really! She didn't even get phased. No acknowledgement at all kept readying her phone text. Spoke with service manager at HEB. He said the employees at Doc'sDipping Dots separate entities. We left without getting our movie night popcorn. Went to Tinsel Town movie theater and got a big bag instead.
So sad no corrective actions could be taken immediately. Employees like this young lady will bring down a business. Sad
