They recommended the place to me because of the good lunch, I go for the first time and I find the owner of the restaurant, yelling at his workers in front of the customers, humiliating them without caring that there were people in the place. Fam and I have been going to this location for YEARS. Staff is always on point with all the orders. You can choose drive thru, or park and go in. I think they also opened their dine in section again, but it's also very limited. Staff is nice and ready to serve. They have barcacoa, menudo, carnitas (pork and beef), tripas, mollejas, chicarrones and more.Parking: Perking is limited. Most people go through the drive-thru options. There's usually a deputy on-site to guide the incoming traffic into the business.

New hotel, rooms are very spacious and clean. Location was very convenient for us to visit family in Fremont about 3 miles from the hotel. Staff was very friendly. Nice bar and breakfast. We will be staying there any time we go back to visit family.

House Keeping could be better. Day shift front desk was excellent, evening staff was good with the exception of 1. Breakfast was repetitive, location was good, room was small, not enough chairs and no microwave.

I had a fantastic stay at this Hyatt. The king room with sofa bed was spacious. Everything was very clean. The sink is outside the bathroom which I always appreciate. Breakfast spread was great. Friendly staff. Highly recommend this hotel.
We stayed for 4 weeks while our home was getting remodeled. 4 of us (2 adults 2 kids - 7 and 13) stayed here. We were worried about cramming 4 people in a 400 sq ft room for 4 weeks. At the end of it, we did better than anticipated. Kids started to get used to it, we got to know all the stafff by name and had a pleasant time.

I reserved two rooms for my employee for a 3-night stay. I needed to extend for an additional night. I called the 800# for Hyatt to extend the stay. Got confirmation numbers for both. My employees were told no extension and no rooms were available. I had to then drive to the hotel to clear the matter. There were 2 employees at the front desk. Krishan and Mahen. Krishan was clearly struggling maybe he was new, and he could not locate the reservation. He asked Mahen to help, and this is when it went downhill. I have never been treated so poorly by anyone at a hotel. This man was one of the rudest person I have ever encountered. He refused to believe that I had reservations, and when I told him I have the confirmation emails he said to me I don't believe you & I don't want to see your email because it doesn't matter what you have I don't see anything under your name. I said look, all I want is for you to honor the reservation and the $160 rate that I was promised as listed on this confirmation and he got very upset because he wanted to charge me $190 . At this point he just started going off about what do you want from me and so on and so forth. Then poor Krishan tried to help, which triggered Mahen even more, and he just started raising his voice and said well you help them then and walked off. I was in total shock at how unprofessional they were. Very disappointed that Hyatt hospitality has such low standards. Needless to say will never be giving them my business again.

Friendly staff, great room, and conveniently located to restaurants and shopping. Thanks to the Hyatt Place team for a great experience ! My colleague and I were both glad we chose this new property. Recommend for work, families, and friend gatherings.

If you choose to stay at Hyatt, your safety will be at risk. They will ensure you that they are using a duty of care, I assure you they are not, we had over $20, 000 of our property stolen through inadequate security cameras, security guards and misinformation from employees, that were later terminated.Also be careful showering. The water is so hot it will scold you and hopefully the elevator works since the permit was dated 2020.

Great property! Very convenient for my short stay. This property was not far from most places i commuted to but it was fine for me. This place is updated and very modern, comfortable stay for me and my sisters will definitely plan a future stay.
