Ducks Pizza, Wings and Tequeños

Okay so my in laws tried this pizza for the first time today and being pregnant I was excited to try it.

I don’t know if it was the cheese or the dough but something made me and my husband very sick. I came home and threw up everything and my husband is dealing with food poisoning symptoms right now
The wings were pretty good and so was the ranch. I thank god I was able to get it out of my system as I’m about to give birth so being sick like this isn’t safe.

It tasted fine until it just didn’t and we had a combination pizza with bell peppers onions and jalapeños and a regular pepperoni with the wings.

I understand they didnt get complaints but maybe our order was rushed and undercooked since there was a lot of people there on the weekend. And they’re asking me to respond yet I can not chat with them it was an order under Jessica and that’s all

Best pizza 😀

It’s funny the way I found this place is because of a negative review with a picture of breaded wings that were slightly burned. (Which is how I like them). The owner was super nice and caring. She went and found limes when I asked her for some. The atmosphere was nice and low key. Family friendly atmosphere. I highly highly recommend this to anyone who loves breaded wings. The pizza was great I don’t like pizza from the big franchises but this pizza was delicious. All in all go by and try it out, you won’t regret it.

New to the area and had seen this pizzeria a few times driving through. The environment is nice, quaint and very much small cafe. The food was delicious, with my experience being the Buffalo Chicken pizza, a vegetable pizza, and the Pato Salvaje. Great sauce and delicious crust, with fresh toppings. The gentleman who served us was great as well. He gave us a selection of music, nice attention to us (we were the only diners there at the time), and he was very friendly.

*The only complaint, and it's a big one, is that we were charged for 3 family pizzas, instead of 3 medium pizzas. I didn't catch it while there, but hours later after they closed. That's a difference of $4 per pizza, which is $12 overcharged. That's about the cost for a whole other pizza that we lost out.

With everything great about this place, it pains me that this error may be what prevents me from returning. That's not a minor overcharge when taking your family or friends to eat out these days. Very disappointed at this fact.

Per Duck's reaching out to correct the matter, I will adjust the review as a business taking the time and effort to do so is telling that their heart is in the right place. I will update once things resolve as I truly want to give this business a 5 star review.

Delicious flavor and excellent service, I highly recommend this place.

Ordered delivery at 4:30. Estimated delivery was 5:27. Received a call at 5:33 saying they were waiting on a driver to deliver it & would be there soon. At 6:08 still hadn’t arrived so I called & was told it was being remade and would be here by 6:30 (an hour past due). At 6:27, the driver still hadn’t left with the order. All I got was excuses and delays. Over an hour past due and they still wanted me to pay full price!!!

Don’t waste your time with this place.

If you're looking for the best authentic crust that you can possibly get in the valley, Ducks is the place. Don't let the look of the place fool you, The owner knows what he's doing and so does his staff.

I love the lady the one that took my order, it was my first time going there and i really didn’t know the menu, and she helped me out with menu, the food was the best, it was fresh, and bomb? the place is really nice…. Love the atmosphere in the building ??❣️ i highly recommend eating here, the pizza was good and a great side for two people for a medium

Very good pizza. Will return. Price is a little high and could use more toppings in the pizza. Flavor was good and topping ingredients tasted very good. Just a little more on the pizza. Staff is very friendly. A well made pizza is worth the return. Next time I’ll go for a large.

Duck’s Pizza is my definition of a hidden gem.

It’s a smaller establishment with plenty of seating for multiple families.

The owner himself is super friendly and I got a chance to hear his story and how the restaurant came to be.

On to the food. Everything and I mean EVERYTHING was absolutely fantastic.

I ordered the chicken Alfredo pizza with bacon, Canadian bacon, and I added garlic sauce. It was heavenly?. I’ve had pizza from New York, Chicago, and even Italy. I would honestly put this up there with some of the greats.

I also got an order of tequeños. It’s basically a much better version of a cheese stick. His version used pizza dough for the crust. Such an amazing idea. The best part was the sauce. It was a guasacaca sauce. Basically an avocado sauce. It was truly one of the best sauces I have ever had.

Also, you have to try his homemade pizza sauce. He brought me out some to try and I instantly fell in love……..with a pizza sauce!!!

I highly recommend duck’s pizza.
