This is by far the best Dunkin I’ve ever visited. I’ve been multiple times now and it’s so clean, fresh donuts and drinks. The owner is so nice that he gave me a free drink on my last visit.

I’ve been coming to this store for along time but they just changed manager and service has gotten way better the manager Jose makes sure my drinks are made correctly he gives great customer service and is very polite and friendly he makes sure you leave satisfied with your order if u want a great drink and great service I really recommend this place 😁👌

Employees laughing while the door was locked 30 mins before they closed at 10 pm. I called and I could see a female employee laughing as if oh they're calling now bc we didn't answer the door. Lame

They should change the time when they say it's open cuz.I went at 5am, and they're not open until 5:30 In and the online, it says open at 5am and in person says 4:30 So they should change that! I was waiting 30 minutes just to tell me that they open at 5:30.

I went to this Dunkin last night and ordered 2 drinks and when I got to window the girl repeated the order correctly so I paid and when I got receipt it had an extra 4.00 for a coffee I didnt order so I told her and she refunded after asking if I wanted her to make the coffee (of course not, I didn't order it!) Then this morning I go again and order 2 drinks a 10 pack of munchkins and a frosted donut. I pay and again check the receipt and AGAIN $13.39 charged for a 12 pack of donuts I did not order!!!!! Like really is that what they do!!! Charge random items to see if maybe people don't notice!?!?! So they refunded and said it will take 2 days to get back! Wow!!!!! And all meanwhile the manager look like she could care less!! Didn't even apologize. She had a mad face like if I bothered her!!!!! Horrible place just horrible!!! So always check your receipt!!!+

This location has horrible customer service. They get your order wrong, they make you wait for your food all the time when it is not busy and on top of that they don't put all your itmes in the bag. When you ask to speak to someone over the phone the manager on duty on Sundays is rude and hangs up on you while talking.This has happened numerous times. Save your money and time. Go to a different Dunkin location.

I was just there and ordered breakfast but tell me why I can’t even enjoy it when it looks like this ,isn’t it supposed to be sausage egg n cheese but the cheese is all over the bag and not the sandwich , not even enjoying what I paid for 😠
