Lance Wolf was performing their classic rock and Roll and had the place jumping.
Good size dance floor and plenty of comfortable seating. I've heard El Barrilon has excellent food, though I had already eaten at home. No cover

Johnny Moon

I want to start out- we love to support local businesses. I think new management is trying to make things better. Here is our experience, thus far- We moved here full tome in 2020. A year or so ago or so we stopped by and we’re were wayyyy overpriced for drinks-$18 for two domestic beers. Crazy- felt taken advantage of. Waited a few months and heard that there was a new manager. We met him/ nice guy. Eddie I think was his name. He told us that would be open every day because we could not determine when they were or would be open. I believed him- they would be open regularly. Nice! The the street tacos were good off the menu. Third try- we brought in some Winter Texan friends that would have been awesome customers and our friend asked for a margarita. The bartender said he had no idea how to make one and shrugged like it wasn’t a big deal that he had no idea how to mix drinks. ā€œI’m not a drinkerā€ he said … really, you are a bartender ??? You can still make drinks, right? . We tried to coach him to help him- tequila , lime, triple sec, sour. But get this! He made this drink with gin thinking we would not notice? Crazy! And he charged a mint for this crappy contraption. Haven’t been back for months . We are full timers here, BTW. We go out a lot… I want to go back. It’s a golf cart ride away- but it’s a hard sell to hubby to try again. Sigh.

Visited twice, both on late Friday afternoons. Quite a few regulars come to see the band. Music is loud and energizing. Loved the fish fry the first night and didn’t like it the second night. Husband loved the wings and said it was seasoned perfectly.Round tables for eating are very uncomfortable with the odd shaped chairs. Women’s restroom needs work.
