When I initially started coming here about 2 years ago the barbacoa was clean and good quality. Not the case anymore. If you are going to sell a $10 taco the quality must be excellent. Looks like owners got greedy and compromised quality. Not coming back here again

Amazing! I’m from San Antonio so I love trying new places in the Valley each time I come and this place hit the spot. Great, tender and juice brisket and thick cuts of meat (takes up half tortilla). We ordered a lot thinking they would be small but to our surprise “No” had to take half the food with us. Highly recommend for anyone to try. On top of that outstanding customer service and warm friendly place.

Ok. This is my favorite breakfast place in the valley. Everything here is of high quality- the brisket is usually moist and flavorful, the eggs are runny, salsas are great, barbacoa might be the best Ive had, potatos are good, and the tortillas are good. Cheese is cheese, though.
Every plate i've had is good, and I've had it all. I got favorites though.
Plus, it's next to Jitterz coffee co, AND I am a bit of a coffee fan/lover myself. You can eat in Jitterz or out of it, both are good.
Owners are nice and the other employees are great too. Shout out to Sofia!
Overall, it is a 5/5. Love this place and will keep going for a long while.

Had some amazing BBQ breakfast tacos at El Sancho with my cousin. We split a couple to try more, and everything was delicious. Tender brisket, fresh toppings, perfectly cooked egg, and soft tortillas. Perfect mix of Tex-Mex and BBQ!

I’m from Temple, TX.. Came to the valley to visit my girlfriend.. Watching ArnieTex cook videos through YouTube El Sancho Tex Mex BBQ popped up and I can tell the food was gonna be bomb asf and decided to add it to my buck list whenever I come to the valley.. My girlfriend and I went to the one in Edinburg.. I have to say the flour tortillas homemade.. Brisket was good along with the eggs, beans and cheese… I tried the Milagroso and Truchador breakfast taco.. Man, it went up for top notch! Big breakfast tacos man! Seasoning and flavor! Salsa verde is on point too! My girlfriend NEVER had breakfast tacos with brisket but when you know you’re from Central Texas like me it’s always BBQ down there! I recommend to stop there for breakfast and next time I’m going to try the lunch menu item! The cook/waiter is super friendly but didn’t catch his name.. I’ll be coming back soon!

Tried the brisket tacos two different styles. Brisket sausage egg and cheese, the brisket was a thick cut but the brisket was dry. The Brisket, bacon, potato with salsa and egg taco also had dry brisket. At 12.50 a taco only cash/apps to pay only. An extra tortilla should be offered it is loaded but difficult to eat as it breaks up easy.

I order bisteck no flavor on the meat , nothing different same poor flavor, you guys have everything to do better. Coke machine needs adjustment to c02 , soda taste very sweet.
