I've never met them, but through some business dealings I learned that the owner of this place is, I think, a 2nd generation restaurant owner and from everything I've seen and heard, they are really good people. The food is great quality and the prices are totally decent. This place is definitely worth a try.

I have been dining in and taking out at this fork to fit restaurant along with other locations, and I absolutely love the idea of the meal prep convenience along with providing excellent customer service. I also love the atmosphere and positivity, having seen many physically active people in this location.

This place is ideal to follow your diet to the letter. They have all kinds of food, fish, meat, chicken, eggs, oatmeal, desserts, water and snacks. The food is healthy and has nutritional information. The advantage is also that you can heat it right there or take it with you as well as the sauces and dressings that are there.

The place is really pretty, and staff is friendly when you walk in. It was my first time ever stoppinv by, and I tried the mily mango, i read what it had in the drink in the discription, and was excited to try it! But when I drank it, something tasted wierd. I had barley given one sip, but realised it tasted strage, I went to the cashier, and explained kindly that it was my first time visiting, and the drink didng taste to what the discription said. I asked if I could just get a different drink, and they said No , & that I would have to buy another. I am also a business owner, and when someone is dissatisfied especially with a drink which doesn’t take much spending to do, I rather give them a drink, and for them to leave satisfied, and come back.. I felt there was no good customer service, and im not sure if I would go back.

It’s been more than twice, that I have gone in and I can’t stay and eat because it’s so hot in there! Don’t get me wrong, I enjoy the food and the service!!! I give those a 5 star but it’s very uncomfortable to eat there these days!

Staff is always cheerful and ready to answer questions for as me as my day begins early morning. Favorite meal is the Spicy Teriyaki Chicken. Always a pleasant experience!
