I have loved this spot for years! My favorites are the katsu curry-don, chicken katsu-don, and curry ramen. The service is always great, and the owner/cook is so kind. there’s something for everyone here!

I Came for my friend’s birthday with a party of 6, it is a small little place with a couple of tables, but feels good. There was not a wait when we got there but by the end the place was full! I ordered the curry, which was alright. I felt like there was not enough actual chicken. Flavor wise it was fine, wish it was spicier tho.
Menu said it came with a croquette but it wasn’t served (which whatver I had forgotten about it anyway but would’ve loved to try it).
I also had an appetizer which was also alright, nothing too exciting.
Personally don’t think I would come back for the ramen, my friend ordered the fried oysters and said it was really good, so maybe I will come back and try something else. But overall the ramen was okay. Service is great here, served was really nice and fast.
Overall Hans katsuya is not my favorite, but is not a place to hate either. I’m glad I got to try it , and might come back to try another dish.

Delicious gyozas and curry ramen! The croquette was to die for. My only complaint is that the ramen could use more chicken. Aside from that service was great and the atmosphere was very cozy.

Best Ramen spot in the valley. Me and my wife just went to that new kiwami Ramen spot in McAllen and this place blows that one out of the water. 5/5. Go for the spicy Ramen.

I did not know this little place even exisited until someone posted it online. So we ventured out and tried it, well wow! I tried the creamy rose ramen and it was so delish!! You have to go and try this out! Our server was very good and very nice!
Waited about 50 minutes for my order. Ordered 2 chicken katsu plates at the same time. My boyfriend got his order and had to watch him eat and never got my order. Ended up just asking for mine to go and still continued waiting while watching several tables get their order before receiving mine…
