Room for maneuver is very limited.
When you pass the shop, there is a gate in the side street, you have to approach back and forth there.
Decent to deliver to. Getting into the dock is pretty tight but they'll come out and watch your blindside for ya. They get ya unloaded as quick as they can. FYI from I-2 take hwy 107 north, turn left on 11th then make another left on Perkins. Theyll open the gate on Perkins and that where you back into.
Great place to purchase wholesale ice cream and other vendor products. Excellent customer service, they were very helpful.
