Don't misunderstand me, it's IHOP. I love the food, service and atmosphere, but it's not always 100%. I'll let you know when it's not 100% but for this day it was great. And the Dulce de leche pancakes are a definite good to for me.

Got here with family and friends, we were the only ones there at this hour of 1 AM!! Took long to bring food, did not bring drinks OR REFILLS that were requested, was not cautious with order names, and last but not least did NOT PAY ATTENTION to what we split up to pay.Food was cold, really unprofessional. Didn’t catch her name but she worked this night, short, tan, wearing black with hair back. There is NO EXCUSE, to be this slow and forgetting when there was barely any people. Really unsatisfied.

I seriously wanted their linginberry crepes and they no longer have them. The meal I had was got but ....
Dirty table, waiter had too many tables to service, took an hour to get our food ordered at 10:30am then we notified the waiter at 11:10am then we got our food at 11:30am and everything was barely warm and pancakes were cold. Managers don't care about service even after being notified.

IHOP in Mission Texas is so much better than the one in Weslaco, TX. The manager at this IHOP and his staff are are a well-oiled efficient at taking breakfast orders and making sure the cooks deliver the best tasting meals to your table.
