The food was very good, only the service from the waiter was terrible, a rude man, he even touched me twice with his finger on my arm in a abrupt manner, creating an uncomfortable discomfort. And not enough with that, when reviewing the consumption note it includes a hot tea that we neither requested nor received. The truth is, we will hardly return to this place.

Very disappointed with this location. We had breakfast on Jan 8, 2025. Got sat in the back room that was cold . There was only 1 other table with customers. When the waitess came for our drink order, she was speaking Spanish. I also ordered our food not knowing how long we'd have to wait for our order to be taken. Our waitress was Michelle ( the name on the receipt) not sure if she even said her name. The food was warm, not hot, my husband asked for more butter, never got any, my bacon was hardly cooked. The waitress never came to check on us. She went to the other table and I had to holler, excuse me, asked for my bacon to get cooked more when I was almost done eating. She never came and checked on us. We waited about 10 minutes after we were done to go to the front to pay. Never got our bill. No one should have been sat in that back room. There were plenty of available tables in the main room where it was warmer. I feel like she needs more training on our to be more attentive to her customers. We will not be back.

The place was busy when I arrived. Was seated fast and drinks got to us fast too. Waited about 15 min to take my order and then waited about 30-35 min to receive my order or maybe even more. They brought our order separately. One plate at a time waiting at least 15 minutes in between plates. This place is very unorganized and to our server Deanira I know you want to stay on top of everything, but if you can’t focus or handle the tables you have (which you don’t) please stay away from trying to run the restaurant. I’ve been with you twice and it’s been the same thing. You forget everything for trying to do everything else, but to offer good service to the people you already have seating down. I got there first and other people received their food first. I was seconds on canceling my order. Meaning ether you forgot to put in my order or the cooks messed up. I personally will ask for a different waiter next time. As per manager you also need work. But I’ll keep my comments in regards to you.

Went with my mom to have breakfast. The lady attending us seemed like she didn't want to be there. I ordered my own omelet with american cheese, ham, spinach and hasbrowns on the inside. Well they didn't put hashbrowns in the omelet like i had ordered. Then we waited for the waitress to come and nothing. I finally got up and 3went to got pay. Waitress was no where to be found.
