The waiter was attentive, but she can do as much as possible, she can only do as much, but since management is inept there’s no excuses- either cookers needs training or management needs training, - arrived 11:45a and food got to the table 12:50p. As u guessed cold, pancakes hard. I was getting ready to leave- really more than an hour, and no excuse, place was half full. Zero stars

My family and I went for lunch since I was on my lunch break decided on going here because usually they are fast and really attentive and amazing customer service. Well today it was the complete opposite we went ordered and waited for our food and nothing 30mins passed that’s half of my lunch that went to the trash and the food never got to the table our waiter just brought out our drinks and never passed by again to check up on our table or how the food was going NOTHING. We ended up leaving because it’s frustrating having us look for our waiter and she never appeared keep in mind there was like 2 other tables it wasn’t even packed. And waiting for food more than 30mintues with not a single update on our order was messed up.

Horrible service I came after work and my waitress dropped off the food and she never came back to ask if we are ok she didn’t come back to get me another drink neither when I got up to pay she was in the corner with papers like if she paying for something and on the phone never coming back again
