Very nice work and employees. Only a short wait in the food. I was very impressed. Even though they didn’t hear me order curly fries,(and I asked for them) they supplied me with some. Awesome job team.
Am writing this review because it’s my third time this happens. (This Jack in the Box) deserves a single star for the absolute disaster of an experience I had. I ordered two Fantas, a lemonade, and a Coke ,simple enough, right? Nope, they handed me four Cokes, completely ignoring my order. I had to personally get out of my car and get the drinks myself, also there ice wasn’t working. On top of that, I got four burger combos, but they only gave me three. To make matters worse, I was stuck waiting over an hour for this mess. This place is a trainwreck, horrible service, zero attention to detail, and a waste of time. I’m done with this location and wouldn’t wish it on anyone. Hopefully they improve!
