I loved the hamburger I bought and I loved the chips, but what I didn't like or didn't like was the soft drink. I ordered a light coke and they gave me almost water. It didn't have the syrup.

Tried contacting for a refund due to an order that was put in wrong but even after putting in an inquiry on our complaint we have not received any contact on our feedback of our refund. Tried calling their restaurant telephone but it seems to be in an endless cycle of busy signal and no hope of anyone ever turning the thing back on it seems. Probably one of the worst, or if not, non existent customer service among the other chains.

Everything was as any other jack in the box: quality, great meals and awesome customer service. Ate the chicken sandwich #11, delicious and the french fries had that fresh flavour. Worth it if you are near Anzalduas international bridge.
