We were seated right away and our server greeted us quickly and took our drink order. He stayed attentive throughout the meal without hovering. The menu had plenty of choices and everything we ordered came out hot and tasted great. Even once the breakfast crowd picked up, the kitchen kept things moving and food still came out in good time. Overall a very good experience and worth the visit.

All the food was so delicious and fresh. The pancakes were sooo delightful. The bacon nice and crispy.
The food was very good — everything we ordered was tasty and well-prepared. However, the customer service was quite poor. I requested the kids’ menu and explained that I’m a bariatric patient who medically cannot eat large portions. We explained the situation respectfully to the server, but she reacted with clear frustration and went to speak to the manager as if I had asked for something outrageous.
In the end, we decided to share a dish instead, which resolved the issue, but the overall experience was disappointing. It’s unfortunate that even after explaining a medical condition, there was such a lack of empathy and flexibility. It really left a negative impression, despite how good the food was.

We've come to Jimmy's frequently and it's a rare occasion that our food comes out hot. I believe the reason for this is the small area where the heat lamps are and maybe not all the heat lamps work properly. The staff and service are excellent!

Waiter was really nice & answered all of mine and my grandmas questions because this was our first time eating there. Food was absolutely delicious especially the wheat toast! We both got omelettes and they were soft and cooked perfectly. Salad was fresh tasting and broccoli was good. The place was clean and inviting. We recommend this place to eat and will be definitely returning! ❤️
