People at the window were rude and the girls who were there gave us chicken someone else had returned and just put it into our bucket, we saw them do it and they got super upset and slammed the window on us when we asked for fresh chicken and gave attitude the whole time after that. We got our chicken but I was skeptical on nothing being done to it since they weren’t nice about anything. This kfc is usually cold service

I went there today for online order and I was the first in line to pick up the food. Nobody was there at the moment I told the guy the order I was picking up. They gave the people the came in minute after me that just place there order got there food before I did. Mind you the order was place ahead of time. Then going to say I have to wait 8 minutes because they just gave out all the chicken to the people who came after me. It was only a 2pc. This establishment showed racism and poor service

went through the drive thu , monday 7pm and I recieved bad customer service through the intercom. Employee was very rude and blunt, when i was trying to make an order. Then, i go to the window and tell her to give me a minute so i can get my money ready and before I even finished my sentance she shut the window on me completely. This is the worst customer service ive recieved at kfc. Employee looked like she had a bad attitude. It made me not want to come here again.

I stopped here at this location cuz I was out of town. I wanted to try y'all new potato wedges, and I noticed that the lobby was dirty with all the table were nasty. I decided to take my food with me! I was trying to get my coke when I also noticed that y'all ice maker was full of mods stains and the coke tops were full of black mold on it too. I really think the health department should give y'all a invite cuz I really don't understand how can y'all run a business like that!🤢🤮 Don't recommend this place at all to anyone

It's chicken, what more can I say. The service is always very good heat though. Everyone is so polite. Oh and I love the biscuits

Asked if they had butter real butter the waitress said yes but when I got to Check-in out the ingredients there's not 1 bit of butter in it ! Then they were almost out of tea when I got there and the gal said that if I needed more they had some in the back when I went to getting more it was out and she said they're not making any more and it was only 730 at night ! Won't be going back and I recommend nobody else goes.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at KFC. The customer service was far below acceptable standards. My food was cold and seems like it had been sitting there for hours. When I brought it to the staff’s attention, they were unhelpful and dismissive. They seemed unwilling to rectify the situation, offering neither a replacement nor a refund. The young workers are so unprofessional and have the worst attitude I really hope they don’t last longer there. The overall lack of professionalism and concern for customer satisfaction was truly disheartening. This negative experience has significantly impacted my perception of KFC, and I am hesitant to patronize them again in the future. Never will be returning to this location and will be sharing my experience all over.
