I just ordered an 8pc meal the food was cold we got the smallest pieces of chicken and for those prices it really should be ...finger licking good..very disappointed. I want a refund

Asked if they had butter real butter the waitress said yes but when I got to Check-in out the ingredients there's not 1 bit of butter in it ! Then they were almost out of tea when I got there and the gal said that if I needed more they had some in the back when I went to getting more it was out and she said they're not making any more and it was only 730 at night ! Won't be going back and I recommend nobody else goes.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at KFC. The customer service was far below acceptable standards. My food was cold and seems like it had been sitting there for hours. When I brought it to the staff’s attention, they were unhelpful and dismissive. They seemed unwilling to rectify the situation, offering neither a replacement nor a refund. The young workers are so unprofessional and have the worst attitude I really hope they don’t last longer there. The overall lack of professionalism and concern for customer satisfaction was truly disheartening. This negative experience has significantly impacted my perception of KFC, and I am hesitant to patronize them again in the future. Never will be returning to this location and will be sharing my experience all over.

I only go when I have a coupon. Stop going there when KFC decided a meal should only come with one side. If I wanted a second, I have the option of paying more. ( Which I don't think I should have to do! ) Again, I only go when I have a coupon that comes with two sides not just one. When KFC started charging for the second side, is when I stopped going as often. ( And I love KFC! ) But if I don't feel like I'm getting a good deal, I'm not going to hand over my $$$$ to you. DO BETTER KFC!

The service is really bad. They are mean, rude and talk like they are making you a favor. They make you wait for the food and if something is missing they tell you they can’t serve you, even though they don’t have any other customers. They are not polite at all.

Ok. I Usually don't post negative reviews, but. We ordered two 3 piece meals and the make employers gave us one meal then told us Thank You and closed the drive thru window. We waited for him to come back and he did and we told him he forgot to give us one of the meals. When he gave us the meal I checked and they had fries instead of the coleslaw as ordered. We told him and he told us to give him the meal back. As we gave him the meal back, the box was open and he just started grabbing the fries from the box and touching the rest of the food. I then advised him to forget it and to give me a refund for one of the meals since he touched it with his bare hands. He ignored us and gave us the meal back and closed the drive thru window. We waited for him to open the window and he did and we had to ask him again for a refund for one of the meals. I got my refund and left. We will never come back to this KFC with that employee working there. KFC MISSION, DO BETTER!

That literally broke my heart we were being so kind and patient with them but the ladies attitude in the window/ speaker was so rude and sassy and wouldn't even try to say thank you or anything and would be cutting us off. They obviously hate their job and I don’t even blame them.

Never again just got home from getting the famous chicken bowl hell nah first but into the chicken the chicken tasted spoiled and old I thought maybe a fluke and bit into another chicken piece oh hell nah this one was worse than the first one I hope I don’t get food poisoning from spoiled chicken called and the manger said it’s my problem that they don’t serve spoiled chicken there and that I must’ve put something in the chicken never again stay away from this kfc please
