I had a somewhat great experience here. I almost got liquor instead of Sprite and I didn't really crave the cucumber salad that came with the Salmon Roll but the rest of the roll was good. They were so soft and had a creamy texture and was extravagant with the eel sauce.
We went to eat on a Sunday at about 3 in the afternoon 5 people and we had to wait a bit, during my wait I asked one of the waiters for a glass of water and he told me that they did not have water that I had to buy a bottle, I did not ask for it. We were served by another waiter very well as always, we ate delicious food and left a good tip as always. But I promised the waiter who denied me a glass of water, that if they denied me a glass of water again, I was going to deny him the tip, I won't leave him a dollar, if they deny me a glass of water again

The worst aguachile I have ever tasted. It had only two measly slices of onion, cucumbers with bottled snack sauce, and not a single measly piece of avocado, everything was horrible.

The food and atmosphere were great! The service so so. Went in today with a group and was quickly sat down. We waited about 10 minutes before we were acknowledged and got our drink order. Several servers kept passing our table without stopping. Mind you when we first arrived there were only like 3 other tables being waited on. A female waiter noticed that I was looking around for someone to stop by and she came over and took our order. She was very friendly and took care of us and apologized that no one had helped us out. The chips and the tostada's were top tier! Would have given it a 5 had all those waiters stopped by to help instead of ignoring us or being on their phone by the counter.

This was an appetizer that the server suggested for us...pretty expensive appetizer and the fish in it was soft and hot but no flavor.
The crazy sushi roll was not that great either.
Overall, not impressed. I was looking forward to it to celebrate my birthday but it was a let down.

On my last and first visit I didn't have to wait to have a table for 4 people.
The service was good for a crowded place.
The waiting time to get our plates it wasn't bad.
The food overall was good, we ordered octopus soup, sushi, stuffed tilapia and shrimp whit tilapia.
I certainly recommend this place for those who love seafood.

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD. NO ONE COME HERE. I GOT THE WORST CASE OF FOOD POISONING I HAD TO GO TO THE HOSPITAL.
What a complete disappointment. The chips for the salsas were super cold. One of the salsas was so old it had that old crust/film on top of the ramekin. The kitchen was playing their music so loud that it was overpowering the dinner area. I could justify the stupid high prices if the quality/service was good but holy smokes. They must have had changed ownership because this place was the best what a shame.

La Laguna food is great! Their seafood (caldos, ceviche and shrimp cocktail) were delicious! They also had a girl that sang beautifully. Great food, service and entertainment!
