Next time coming to this place, try to pay with money and not with card. Got charge twice and when i called to ask for the refund for the other transaction, the lady was calling me a lier that they charge me twice. Show her proof and going for more than 3 weeks and still no refund.
Food is always amazing and the portions are super generous. This was supposed to feed 5 and we couldn't get through half. Great atmosphere and service is awesome too.

Ordered food for delivery through Door Dash. When I opened the box for the Sushi, there was a pill inside the food. Nobody at the restaurant would help or accept responsibility. I would never go back to this restaurant ever.

TLDR: No vale Verga pa nada. The food isn’t worth the broken plates it’s lukewarmly served on. Go at your own discretion. Food is a solid 1/10 and drinks are a 3/10 and our service left everything to be desired. If you want food like this restaurant advertises it has go eat at tacos kissi instead, they are worthy of your business and la laguna at the level it was presented to me today without a shadow of doubt does not.

I ordered an octopus/shrimp campechana. First half was good until I found a piece of paper inside the cup, showed it to one of the servers, my server was very apologetic. She then offered me to get me something else; I asked her to get me another cocktail with the same amount of food my original cocktail had left, so she brought it in to find out after the second scoop a piece of octopus had a terrible taste. I stopped eating and reported this to her. She was going to speak with the manager who never showed up. At the end my server only charged me for the drink; I asked her to charge me for my food but she declined, I left her a good tip (35% of what was supposed to be the total). I am a frequent client at Mariscos La Laguna everywhere I go, but never had an experience like this. So this particular location is off my list now.Hope I don’t get sick, if I do, I will make sure the owner who lives in SA is aware.

It was so hot inside, I asked for ice, there was no ice at that moment. Had to wait for like 40 minutes, my waitress looked like she was also upset every time we would ask for something. Then my tacos the tortilla was stalled.
