I went and bought a cake for a Father’s Day gathering, it was supposed to be for 25 people, it’s about 10 inches in diameter and 3 inches thick (maybe for 10-15 people) the decor was pretty horrendous too, it is definitely not worth the $52 dollars I spent on it… $52 DOLLARS!!! It’s not a specialty cake, it’s a vanilla cake with strawberry filling sandwiched between (for $52 dollars) and it came with 2 hairs in the frosting!!! (THE HAIR IS LITERALLY IMBEDDED IN THE FROSTING!!!) I WILL NEVER, IN WHAT IS LEFT OF MY EXISTENCE, EVER BUY OR RECOMMEND BUYING A CAKE IN THIS PLACE, EVEN IF IT IS THE LAST BAKERY OVER THE CRUST OF THIS PLANET. THE CAKE WAS A PILE OF GARBAGE!!!! For $52, I could have made this “cake” myself. FOR THE P.O.S. WORK THEY PUT INTO IT… I COULD HAVE HALF ASSED IT MYSELF AND SAVED THE MONEY

I went for bread and the price said 1.50 and when it came to paying it was 3.50 and there was no price saying it and the person still crushed them for more bad service

Need to work on custermer service and making Sure that the customer gets what they order properly and explean how their cakes are made. And take Into consideration the customer satisfaction on the quality of their order.

This morning I went to buy my dad sweet bread do we could have for breakfast. Well I noticed a small baby roach on a bread pan. I told the lady up front. She immediately removed the tray. I hope they get the place cleaned and disinfected. The lady upfront placed my bread nearly on a white cardboard box. Thank you,
