If you want to buy leftovers this is the place to go. They do not give you a receipt when they know they are unloading the old products that should have been thrown out, but where is the profit in that. They can always sell it to people that do not have the time to jump through all the hoops and deal with the attitudes of bad managers that would rather make money off of selling the leftovers vs keeping a customer. Never eat anything from this store as you don't know how long these items have been there. Called customer service 4/21/25 On hold for 28 minutes told I would get a call from the local district manager. Customer service said they do not do this, however they did it and will continue to conduct themselves on this manner as long as they can. How many old pizzas get mixed into random orders to cut back on waste and maintain profit? All they do is ignore their customers a few complaints is a fair price for them as they do not correct this issue and continue to sell the old pizzas as "Hot and ready" they count on people not complaining and or voicing their opinions. The dedication to their customer base is clear once they get your money you will take whatever crap they choose to put in your order, if you don't like it than don't buy it anymore, they rely on peoples' stupidity to believe the lies that it was a mistake. 4/22/2025 - Still no call.

It was my first time going to this little caesars I’ve have gone to other ones like by shary conway and 3 mile mcallen edinburg but this location just threw me off guard cause I pulled up to the drive-thru and I ordered two pizzas and when I paid and they told me that it was going to take 10 to 15 minutes. That’s what they usually say in the other locations but I get the pizza really quick but then after waiting a few minutes, the guy that collected my payment, opened the window and said oh what are you waiting for? and I said 2 pizzas
And he said OK so I start to get a little anxious as I look to the back and I see that there was a line so they never came back or opened the window and when I looked back again I saw a lady had gotten off and she told me that I needed to move that I was holding the line that i was making eveyones pizza get cold And then I hear honking and I’m wondering to myself what is going on because I’ve gone to other places and I order and I wait a couple of minutes and I get my pizza, but everyone told me that I had to move to a side that I had to park And that they would come out and give me my pizza, but the associate never told me that I needed to move or anything so then I moved forward because everyone at this point were very pissed off with me and as soon as i move ppl are paying and getting their pizzas and they had completely forgotten about me order so it took me more than 45 minutes just to get two pizzas. I felt embarrassed And ashamed because not one single location of Little Caesars has told me that I need to move or park differently I just pay and get my pizza right and there and all the locations are always busy not going to that location sucks i felt humilliated specially because the lady came up to my window she was aggresive and i had my 2 babies with me things couldve gotten worse.

Kasey did an excellent job. I had stopped coming to this location because of the terrible service they had before and today they treated me very well and made it easy for me to have the pizza delivered to my vehicle instead of going in and out to see if my order was ready.

Went thru the drive thru ordered 2 different pizzas only to be told by the cashier I had to get in line again to wait for one of the pizzas I told him no just refund me so not even 5 minutes later he says your pizza is ready really

This place is the worst. They never have nothing ready. The quality of service has gone down and it seems as if the franchise owner doesn’t care or bother to do anything about it. I will not be coming to this location again!

Parking: The line to driver through was horrible but the drive thru attendant kayce was so nice. Made my day better with an excellent customer service .

Ordered two 2 pizzas at the speaker… was told to move up. Waited about 15 minutes, finally opened the window. Took my order again for TWO pizzas again. 20 minutes later I got ONE pizza. And then to top it off, she short changes me. I bring it to her attention and she tells me I don’t have change. Sorry thank you. What?!

I don't understand the " hot & ready " if they never have anything ready. Literally waiting 30+ minutes for ONE pizza. Personally, I would've left after 10 minutes waiting but when they charged me they said it would be out quickly. And it's the same thing every time I go. Always a line inside the store and drive thru.

The worst service at any Little C’s I’ve been to all across Texas! Need training from top to bottom! Manager if that’s what she is, might be the worst! Tonight the store was full guy helping just disappeared, I asked 2 different people why nobody is helping any customers for last 5 minutes! Nobody could answered and nobody started helping! Mine was already ready, I had a code get th why didn’t use kiosk to put it in! What should have taken 2 minutes, took 20! Would have been longer had I not bothered them! 1 person said they had been waiting an hour 😡

The current workers are completely useless, it took more than 40 minutes for these bread rolls and they all came out battered and ugly, while I was waiting I saw how 3 people left angry because of how late these bad workers were.

I'm so upset with this little ceasers they always mess up my order to begin with,.the worst thing is they give you raw pizza never cooked or cut cut right either ,I had to go back several times ask for a new one, I have to drive all the way to another city just to get a good one !!!
