Went in to pick up my pizza and the system was down. I decided to wait, after 10 minutes of waiting. My pizza now has been ready for more than 30 minutes. The gentleman says “the system is not coming back any time soon if I wanted to go home, and he would call me when the system came back on. To then a pizza that would be over an hour old and I live on the other side of town! As a supervisor, I know how to improvise in situations like this, the pizza should’ve been free at this point! but the gentleman’s attitude want didn’t want to sell Very disappointed in Marco‘s pizza and I will not order from here again

If could put a rating it would be a zero. Cashier was rude to my daughter and all of us and told us at 9:30 we mhst leave at 11 if we dine in. We are a family of 8 and we began our order. She started being rude to us and we all decided to leave. Its sad as we were excited to try the pizza but i did see bad reviews about the service but payed it no attention as always go in with a opened mind. This took the cake. Don not eat there. GO TO STEFFANOS OR even pizza hut.stay away.

First time customer. The restaurant itself has a cute vibe going on. The Pepperoni Magnifico taste really good! I was disappointed that I had to put my own icing on the cinnasquares. I didn't enjoy the overall taste of the cinnasquares.The pizza was hot which leads me back to prior reviews that pizzas were cold on the rack. When I got there, others orders were sitting there waiting for pickup. Be mindful of when you place an order!

This place has the worst customer service. A while back I paid for a specialty pizza and got a cold pepperoni pizza that was clearly sitting there for hours. I just ordered again trying to give them another chance and they lie saying that my order isn't in the system when I have proof of the order and the charge. Come to find out after they gave my order to someone else. There is no need to lie, just own up to the mistake. Also, the young lady that they have at the front is always rude and has a horrible attitude in person and by phone. This place has great food When done right but their customer service is seriously horrible.
