If could put a rating it would be a zero. Cashier was rude to my daughter and all of us and told us at 9:30 we mhst leave at 11 if we dine in. We are a family of 8 and we began our order. She started being rude to us and we all decided to leave. Its sad as we were excited to try the pizza but i did see bad reviews about the service but payed it no attention as always go in with a opened mind. This took the cake. Don not eat there. GO TO STEFFANOS OR even pizza hut.stay away.

First time customer. The restaurant itself has a cute vibe going on. The Pepperoni Magnifico taste really good! I was disappointed that I had to put my own icing on the cinnasquares. I didn't enjoy the overall taste of the cinnasquares.The pizza was hot which leads me back to prior reviews that pizzas were cold on the rack. When I got there, others orders were sitting there waiting for pickup. Be mindful of when you place an order!

At first everything went well with the orders but there have been two occasions in which I place a specific order and they do not do it correctly. Two times I have ordered the "magnificent hot honey" and on both occasions I have been left wanting to try it. It's a shame that they don't pay attention to the orders, since they make you lose interest in continuing to buy pizza from here.

This place has the worst customer service. A while back I paid for a specialty pizza and got a cold pepperoni pizza that was clearly sitting there for hours. I just ordered again trying to give them another chance and they lie saying that my order isn't in the system when I have proof of the order and the charge. Come to find out after they gave my order to someone else. There is no need to lie, just own up to the mistake. Also, the young lady that they have at the front is always rude and has a horrible attitude in person and by phone. This place has great food When done right but their customer service is seriously horrible.

I ordered a pizza melt in a bowl and it was burnt it was not even in half an inch thick it was inedible very nasty I have eaten other Marco's in by far this is been really nasty The chicken was really good I had boneless chicken plain and that was good but the pizza bowl at this Marcos that I ordered from I highly recommend for nobody to get it it was disgusting and I wasted $7.99 plus tax on it
From out of state and since we love our hometown Marcos decided to give the one on Shary Rd in Mission, TX a try. AMAZING is the word for the quality of food and customer service.
