I only get coffee. There coffee is always the same at any that I go to. I don't consume fast food.

order 222: I wanted to try something different so I passed by and they gave me my order and I went to work but when I opened my package it didn't have sauces of any kind and there was no way to return from work to go ask for sauce..... very bad I really ate my potatoes dry!... how annoying...

Ive been to this mcdonalds so many times in the past. i go for my lunch when need and get the 5 Dollar meal. today i bought that same meal and never received it going back and forth asking about my food. im on a lunch break and seeing that theres no traffic in the drive thru. you would think its a simple pick up. no. i waited 45 Minutes for my food and never received my food even waiting 15 minutes over my 30 Minutes break being told it should be out with the person walking out. seeing other get their food when first pulling up and me being there already for my whole lunch time is truly upsetting and unacceptable. i will be getting in contact with corporate about how unprofessional any shift lead or manager was handling everything. i will never be coming back to this mcdonald’s location again. i will be expecting compensation and my refund For my food. truly unacceptable

If I could give 0 stars I would. I placed an online order at 10:43am right before the breakfast stops and I get to the restaurant and there’s no curbside parking so I change it to drive thru. Tell me why, once I reached the window they can’t make my order cause it’s 11:00am and that’s no longer available. Obviously when an online order is placed it should be in the processed so when the customer arrives it’ll be ready but these people failed to realize that. Worst service ever!

Rude manager and bad service. Asked nicely about a wrong order and manager started giving attitude for no reason when we talked to her in a friendly way.
Also food always comes out late.!Happened too many times. Especially with cold food. Probably best to go to a different McDonalds.

I go out of my way to go to this particular McDonald’s. They have great breakfast and lunch specials that other locations do not offer.
I got home with my bundle and my dad was eating a cheeseburger and pulled a hair out of his mouth that was in the cheeseburger I called l they would offer was to remake that one cheeseburger, they really think that after that my dad will want to eat a cheeseburger from there ? They couldn’t offer a refund or something we threw away the rest of the food they gave me the cheeseburger but I only cake to show them the hair they acted like if it was a normal thing so disgusted 🤢
