I tend to order the 20 piece all the time and ask for 2 ranches and 2 buffalos called totalk to a manager and stayed waiting and nothing i wasnt gonna wait more to get the manager well the ranchers were expired or something it was all oily and they should check if there good.

READ REVIEWS BEFORE ORDERING FOR PICKUP- I just ordered fries and had to wait 20 minutes. 🤯 No but if you order from drive- thru, you get your meals in a heartbeat😂 (i lost count how many cars past by via drive-thru).Tell me how this makes sense? I had a seperate order for my husband-had to wait an extra 20 minutes?No mames. Bro- my hubby went inside to see if it was ready -we didnt wait the extra 20- it was sitting on the goddamn counter getting cold-lmao. Lesson learned-NEVER PICKUP! Mcdonalds- you need to step up your team there-get your priorities straight.

I came through this McDonalds' drive through around 9:30 pm on Saturday 01/05. The young man who took my order is, in my opinion, the best I've experienced as a customer in a lot of years...these days, most fast food employees just are not good (I'm being polite here). He spoke very clear English, was very polite, and profesional. Great job Sr.
In all honesty I feel bad for the manager for hiring a bunch of dumbass people they can’t fix a simple problem and when you ask them for something they catch an attitude with the customer

If I could give it zero stars all across, I would. Placed breakfast order at 10:23am, mind you they stop serving breakfast at 10:30am. So I get to the drive thru to get it since the curbside wait is horrendous just so that the rude cashier tells me that my order has been cancelled because breakfast is over. This was at 10:26 when I pulled up to the drive thru!! So I ask will I get my money back? And very rudely she tells me “ma’am it’s been cancelled.” This was on December 23rd, 2024. We are now Jan 3rd and I have not been reimbursed my money. It was not a $5 order, it was was a $19 order. Very disappointed with the manager as well. Horrible customer service all around.

I ordered kid’s nuggets meal, and they charged me for 2nd bbq sauce for $0.30 per sauce.
Also the amount of the fries are not justified with comparing by other McDonald store. Large fries only contained half of the large bag.
Workers are usually friendly and nice.
Please review and reconsider the pricing of the sauce and the amount of the fries.
