Service was terrible I came asked for ketchup nicely they saw me and turned around I said excuse me again and ignored me and when they actually gave me it they had a bad attitude with me and said here happy and was shocked

The drive thru at this McDonald’s is supposed to be open 24 hrs. I have been here multiple times late at night or early morning and have only been able to place an order once. They won’t answer the speaker when at the drive thru. There’s employee cars outside and you can see them through the window but they will pretend they’re closed. Today they decided to block the drive thru with wet floor signs so no one even attempts to order. 11/23/25 at 2am and no one taking orders again

As I was eating my burger I noticed something shiny on the wrapper with the lettuce. I looked at it closer and saw that it was a bug or some sort of flying insect. I had taken a couple of bites already so it really grossed me out. I threw the rest of the burger away. I took a couple of pictures of it.

Don't beleive the open 24 hours. 9 times out of 10 they close overnight, or at least thats what the employees will tell you.

Been multiple times at 2am-3am and they'll tell you theyre closed or don't respond at all.

Paid for my food, was told to drive up, never got my food waited like 15 min then just left. Very unfortunate. I would’ve gone inside to go ask for the food, but I had no time left.

Just picked up food using the curbside pickup. They forgot my 10 piece nuggets. Don't trust this place

Another visit: Curbside takes forever 10+ minutes when they are slow

Another visit: 15+ minutes at curbside while they are slow. Everyone in drive thru has come and gone several times. Terrible service

Another visit: 20+ minutes in curbside while they were slow. Everyone inside was waiting a long time for their food.

Another visit: They never put sauces in the bag for the nuggets. They also forgot my sons cheeseburger.

Officially done with this location. The curbside is awful, they are extremely slow, and they always get orders wrong.

I came here late yesterday night at around 2 am and ordered through the drive thru the lady sounded annoyed my husband was not ready to order so I asked for sometime and she just stayed there quit so he felt rushed. she told us to pull up and no one was at any of the window so we drove and waited at the last window. She looked like she was the only one on shift. We waited there for a while before she finally came to the window and confirmed the order we said yes she looked very annoyed and was frowning as she gave us our food. She didn’t want to talk she just gave us the order and rudely shut the door on our face didn’t give us a chance to ask for our receipt and she left the door so we couldn’t ask. I didn’t want to stay there and wait because she already was in a bad mood we opened our food and the fries were not salted at all they just tasted horrible and the nuggets I ordered were cold and soggy. Don't come here late at night.

Worst McDonald’s ever. The line is always slow — I had to wait over 30 minutes just to get my order. They never get it right; there’s always something missing. This time, they forgot the ketchup and napkins. The service and attitude are terrible. Very disappointing every single time.

Don’t visit this McDonalds after midnight. I was just at this location and placed my order as I was arriving

Order# KN52. When I got to the window, the staff told me my order was not visible! They could see my name and the order number, but the field to show what I ordered was blank. They said don’t worry, that the order that was missing would be refunded to my bank since it wasn’t finalized, and to place my order again. So I drove around and parked, manually cancelled the first order to be safe, then built the same custom order again. I pulled back to the speaker with

Order# OG73 and was told the SAME THING. My order NAME and NUMBER were visible, but not my order itself. That was enough for me. I drove off and cancelled the order in the app. (Apparently this McDonald’s was also low-staffed since they were taking a great amount of time to get to everyone waiting at the drive thru! 34 minutes to get through on the first line. 10 minutes in the second line.) Anyone else have this problem? I’m on the most current iOS and McD app, and those combinations worked FINE at other McDonalds locations in the valley.
