Ever since they've installed the self ordering tablets, the cashiers are rarely at the cash registers. Customers can be standing by the counters, and McDonald's employees will not even greet them or ask if they need anything. Mgmt are not properly trained enough to teach the employees the value of customer service.

The young man who took my order is, in my opinion, the best I've experienced as a customer in a lot of years...these days, most fast food employees just are not good (I'm being polite here).
He spoke very clear English, was very polite, and profesional. Great job Sr.
