I had 4gotten why I hadn’t returned, was quickly reminded…service is bad, the lettuce in salad was old , withered, n brown. I asked for new salad n was given only pale iceberg lettuce. The fish was dry n tasteless. Not eating here again.

We were a party of 15ish, we tried to call 2+ hrs to Reserve at which time they told us they just needed a 30 minute notice so we did. There was 1 server for the whole table. Some of the food was over cooked and some was under cooked. While other servers, host, busers etc. were hustling standing around she was running around like crazy. Everyone had to repeat the order several times before she got it right and then to get refills, silverware and condiments took for ever. All in all this location is the worst of all(4) that we have been to. I’m sure we won’t be back to this location.

Usually we love coming here but today we ordered food to go and after almost an hour waiting for just 2 plates (they are very fast when we dine in so we felt this was a VERY long wait), we decided to go ask if it was almost ready. In fact, there was a couple who got there at the same time as us and they got seated, ordered, ate, and LEFT by the time we got up to ask if the food was almost ready. Mind you, we had been sitting right in front of the hostess the entire time. It turns out, the food had BEEN ready and nobody bothered to let us know. It had been ready for so long that it was barely even warm anymore. We live a two minute drive away. By the time we got home and opened the bags, the grilled shrimp were cold already. If you are going to offer to go orders, please at least pay attention to them.

Went for my birthday and I loved the food, the service, and the way the celebrate your birthday, but what I loved the most and the reason I will be going back to this restaurant was that our waiter Juan at the end gave me a word of God that answered me a question I had been asking God. I am so happy that they are letting him spread the word of God in this restaurant. Praise the Lord🙌 May God continue to bless this business 🙏

We love to eat at Muelle but this was our first time at the Sharyland location. Our food took over 30 minutes to arrive while others got their food quickly. The food was cold, flour tortillas were like tostadas and the charged us a $14 fee for a “large party fee” it was only 5 adults and 1 child. We asked if that was the tip and she said no it was an additional fee for a large party. We definitely will not be returning to this location.

The warm food was not warm enough. The onion rings I got were breaded, and when I opened one up, all this weird breading fell out. The shrimp cocktail was good, and salad was fresh.
