He didn't like the service at all from the staff in front, the one who seats you at the tables. I asked him to please sit at a but because I didn't feel comfortable at the middle tables and he told me to wait and he didn't give me a but and they went away. many unemployed so I'm here eating uncomfortably while he sees me from afar and makes fun...

Were there last week, first time and as new as this place is, it is as great or better than the other OG here in the valley,,, we should know, we go often,,, our favorite place,,,, so keep up the great work,,,,
Parking: This place is just like the other ones,,, you might have a 5 to 10 minute wait,,,,, why,,,, because it’s a great place to go eat,,,,,🍷

Staff were very unprofessional and rude, specially the Manager. We went on 12/4/24 at 6 P.M and the manager refused to sit us down because our party of 10 was “too big for a single waiter”… meanwhile he passed 4 separate families that arrived after us and had us waiting for an hour outside. The Manager did not care about our complaints and ended up telling us to leave if we didn’t want to wait (restaurant was not full, Manager was just lazy), he also refused to acknowledge my family members who were speaking Spanish even though he we heard him speaking Spanish to the other staff.
The Staff in the Mcallen location are way better and much more courteous, safe to say I will not return to this terrible place.

Unfortunately, a nice place doesn't come with nice service and nice food; the waitress we had today doesn't know what a Peroni
is and then to make things worse as per her there was none available; the calamari was charred and overcooked had a burnt aftertaste; the pasta and meatballs are tasteless and the salad today was dry with little to no "magical" dressing and lastly the dumpling soup was cold and tasted like raw heavy cream- bland and with no texture or color less taste;
I did not complain at the moment as I know nothing will change and a place like this needs to get it right the first time; unfortunately, it is lacking what most businesses are lacking which is good service- nobody wants to do the job; maybe it gets better next year but for now I am hanging the towel on Olive Garden. ( after 30 years of being a customer)
The atmosphere is 5 stars as the place is very nice and new; a bit too loud but the structure is nice.
