I’ve been going for years because I love their product but this time was definitely last. Their lack of customer service is the reason why. Those girls are always in a bad mood and even tho they make a mistake they don’t apologize or make it right. They simply don’t care. I got 5 items and not one tray or cup holder like they expect me to hold everything while I drive and then one of the items wasn’t closed all the way so everything spilled all over my car. I mentioned it to her as I asked for napkins and not not only did she roll her eyes but blamed me for it. Management should really look into customer service training or hiring people that actually want to be there.

I use to love going here for a mineral water prepared, but the one time they messed it up and didn't make it properly and I called the store because I had to drop off my husband to go back to work on time they didn't show any sympathy. They acted like they don't do mistakes and like I was lieing and wouldn't even give me a remake to pickup at least before the day ended. They wouldn't make anything right for the customer only if it had been then and there, what a waste of time and money. Poor customer service especially from the management. Would not recommend.

We had mint chocolate ice cream, strawberry/cream ice cream, chocolate ice cream, cookies and cream ice cream, bubble gum ice cream and m&m ice cream, gummy bears with chamoy and chile, Copa de Todo with Chamoy and chile and Takis preparados. Everything was very delicious.

Located in Mission Texas Omg they have this DELICIOUS mexican style made drink the owner offered we taste it i guess it works wonders when u have a HANGOVER it has pepino guayaba limon etc. Its not sweet but its not sour its just perfect taste. I loved it. Never had tasted that flavor so i loved it.

Hands down for the customer service this place provides!Amazing prices?Most places in the valley are insanely over priced and if they can rip you off a few bucks they literally will do it. I been very comfortable sticking to this place as my family's favorite snack store.A large Agua Fresca will cost you 3.50$ at this location as for many other places charge around 5$ a large cup.I really recommend the frozen yogurt they have its delicious, and healthy...They top it off with chuncks of pineapple, kiwi, strawberry and granola. You won't regret it!
