I am tired of their food, my husband loves Panda but said don't ever get me food there again! My husband liked teriyaki chicken and everytime we order it, it's burn, he's having to scrap the burn part off and ½ of the chicken is gone. I went today and asked them to please make sure it's not burn. You can see where they scraped it off and fell onto the rest of it. Goodbye Panda, very unsatisfied customer.

I ordered the plate, the side was the chow mein half with fried rice, the entrees were the orange chicken and the teriyaki chicken. When I sat down and started eating the chow mein and the rice it tasted like charred. Charred is an understatement,I wanted to speak to the manager. The team member told me “the manager just left for break. I saw the manager sitting down. He offered to remake the food, I accepted the remake. When I tried it again it still tasted like charred. I don’t know what they’re using to cook but I wouldn’t recommend coming to this panda! I wanted to ask for a refund but I’m sure a team member couldn’t give me a refund and the manager didn’t even come to speak me. My friend had ordered the super greens, but it was even worse than my order. Don’t come to the panda !!!!

Bought a kids meal for my son & there was pieces of raw chicken.
Drive Thru paid and when I got home i noticed no Fork. Come on guys! Can't even do the basics!!!

It’s ok. I love Panda Express, but this establishment is just ok. They’ve messed up a decent amount of my orders (~15%), and the quality of workers is decent, sometimes they’re not the best at hearing clear orders (I’ve never had this issue anywhere else). Overall, mediocre.
