I had an amazing experience at Paris Bakery. I asked about certain items, and the lady there not only answered with great customer service, but even offered me fresh-out-of-the-oven options for something extra fresh. Everything was wonderful, and I absolutely loved it!

Door dashed some bread late close to their closing time. Some of the conchas had very little white topping. I would have never picked them out like that in person. The topping is the best part of a concha. Not sure why bakeries make bald conchas.
Bought 4 pieces of bread. Ridiculously overpriced! This empanada was hollow inside it was just plain bread. I do not recommend them.
She overcharged like crazy. I got 3 breads an a container of mini breads she charged $23, went to la reyanas bakery, got 2 times as much, only costed me $12.

It has been our favorite place to buy bread as a family for several years. Since they were little, my children have asked to go there because apart from the fact that they love the shells and donuts, they want to see the lady who serves because she has always treated them very well and they have become attached to her.

please stay away from the location in pecan Street. stopped in for 4 pieces of DRY bread, and two VERY DISAPPOINTING coffees. no music, no customer service. The person serving last night on pecan Street location was very under trained when it came to the Expresso machine, no customer service skills, atmosphere is DEAD

When there a few days ago and lady was super rude to me because I bought less than what she wanted me to buy. On top of that I had to wait because they cash register wasn't working. And was being very rude to another lady in glasses. Every customer should be treated equally nomatter how much they buy. I felt very discriminated here.

I paid $8 for 4 shells… they don't stain or whatever. I'm not coming back. And for me, they were shells from yesterday.
